We had the BEST experience with Casa Cubana catering our large joint 80th/50th birthday party. The audience was made up of our large group of family and friends (roughly 50 Cubans :-) and they are a discerning audience when it comes to Cuban food). Everyone raved about the food- the lechón was super juicy, the mojo was perfect , everyone loved the empanadas and croquetas too. I booked Casa Cubana to cater a surprise retirement/birthday celebration for my husband on the rooftop lounge of our condo building. The owner was excellent to collaborate with as she is thoughtful and detail-oriented. Our party was perfectly executed.
