I recently ordered two chicken bowls from your restaurant. While placing the order, I specifically requested that the rice be changed because the original rice served was completely dry.
Unfortunately, the rice was not replaced, and I received the bowls with the same dry rice. This was disappointing, especially since I clearly communicated the request.
As a paying customer, I expect that special requests — particularly related to food quality — are taken seriously. I hope you can address this with your staff to ensure better attention to customer instructions in the future.

I ordered a pita with harissa and the server warned me it was spicy, which really felt like racial profiling. It was not spicy. Food was good, portions were small, and cost was obscene. Will not return.

I used to go here somewhat regularly. Then I saw a COCKROACH crawling around in the RICE!!! The employee serving didn’t notice until I pointed it out, and didn’t even replace the rice… I was disgusted and immediately left. This was two years ago admittedly, so maybe it’s changed since then.
