unprofessional & rude staff
This is very sad. Charleys makes very good cheesesteaks when they want to, but sadly, they no longer want to. The cheesesteaks I used to get from there used to have good portions and be a decent value. But now they have cut their portion sizes a great amount and are no longer a good place to eat. Worse, when I contacted them to let them know that portions on cheesesteaks and fries have been drastically smaller, they ignored my messages. I even sent them a final heartfelt 'goodbye' message and instead of having any decency to contact me back, they once again ignored me. It just isn't worth going there. There are many places to get a good cheesesteak, and places that will give you better portions of meat and fries, and who will not ignore you when you let them know they fell short. I can only assume they just don't care about their customers. I am no longer one of those. My favorite cheesesteak place happens to be a company who wants to rip off customers and doesn't care if they lose them. There are good companies who care. Do yourself a favor and go somepleace else.

I recently visited Charleys Cheesesteak with high expectations, but unfortunately, we left very disappointed. While the ambiance and the friendliness of the staff were fine, the main element – the food – was a major letdown.
The appetizers were bland and lacked any presentation. The main courses arrived lukewarm, and the taste was far from satisfying. My dish, [e.g., “a pasta dish”], was completely overcooked and overly seasoned, drowning out the natural flavors of the ingredients. My companion’s [e.g., “pizza”] was also a disappointment – the crust was soggy, and there was barely any topping.
For the quality of food we received, the prices are far too high. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this restaurant and hope that the quality will improve in the future.

I walk into the store and ask for large ultimate fries and large strawberry lemonade I always ask for the beef on the side as I paid extra for it on this occasion he said he had to ask his manager who is the same person who made it for me the last time and charges me for the meat she said she cannot do that to him so I said but why you did it the last time so I ask him to speak with her and she refuses to so when I ask him for her name she said she cannot give me her name so I said to the guy what your name and what your manager name he said he cannot do that either well I get my order and he did not give me the recipe which I had to ask for what rude customer service and I paid for a large fries and got a small. the manager was rude, refusing to talk with me as I have done this at every Charley's I have been to and always got charged for the meat. well the Charley Philly #02380 Wal-Mart S loop 288 need to learn how to handle customers issue and she as a manager need training and to train her associate on customer service. and to make it worst employee Hannah c name is on the recipe and it a man of Indian heritage who took my order so Charley's fix your manager in store on how to deal with customer problems.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHARLEYS!!!! the food is good. but the management and the service in the Charleys cheesesteak in St Augustine Florida in the Walmart is horrible! I was overcharged by more than $4 and their signs all over the place quoting the correct price. the manager was nowhere to be found so the cashier called her and they still refused to adjust my charge. there is no way to get in touch with corporate the phone number that I did find sounded like it was in China. she said that there was no corporate phone number. I think it's very serious matter when I restaurant cannot be contacted about one of their stores and their managers.
I have been a long time customer, I eat at Charley's once or twice a week, but last night the sandwich meat was different. the meat the cook tossed on the grill looked to be about 50/50 ratio of meat and fat, usaly I don't even notice fat , when eating the sandwich it tasted terrible ,the meat was completely different.... if this is your new normal you have just lost a long time customer
This restaurant has been LOW rated. The cheese steak is really good and fresh and the lemonade also is a good choice

They were really busy and got the orders put quick. I've had the bacon 3 cheesesteak and the chicken Philly. Both were amazing!

The food was on point…waiting in line for your order 3-5 minutes… This will be my " go to “restaurant …. And if I had to give it a rating with the customer service and food all together it would be a 10
Chicken had bones in them. Thought it would only be one but it happened multiple times. I went back to them and they gave me a new sandwich. 2 for food, better for the service.

I have noticed many times their bread is under cooked . Today I was able to see the dough and it gave me stomach pain . No more Charles Philly ??
The cashier, didn’t understand what I saying to him. Employee Kevin. He completely messed up my order. I told him, I didn’t want lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich, he puts it on the sandwich. I told him, I didn’t want it on the sandwich, I even kept the receipt just to show it to him.
