The worst sandwich I ever had dry all lettuce no meat. It is the worst. I end up, threw it in the garbage. don’t waste your money.

I was the only customer. There were 3 staff members behind the counter. The cashier was on his phone. I waited. I actually wasn’t sure if they were just closed so I asked and finally he looked up from what he was doing… and became ready to take my order.
Placed my order, and received it shortly after - so to their credit they were quick.
Unfortunately, they got my order wrong so I had to go back. When I asked the same guy to take it back and replace it with the right order, he looked at me like I was stupid.
Both the incorrect order and the correct order I eventually got were unevenly coated (wings). I won’t be going back - super greasy, and salty food, and really mid customer service.

spent 24 dollars one one meal. Just to get home and realize it wasn't made right . Tried calling no answer. So I returned just for the manager to be rude. And it still wasnt made right. Wasn't going back a 3rd time. I won't be returning ever. Regardless of how much i crave it. If I wanted a cold sandwich I could have went to nasty Subway for much cheaper

The photo you see is a “large” fry. Paid $35 for a minimal amount of food. I even asked the guy and he reassured me this is their large. The price for the amount of food is outrageous

Sandwich came with NO mayo and at and so little lettuce that it wasn't even funny. My "fully loaded" fries were all ranch, I couldn't taste the cheese. I called customer service because I drove an HOUR to this location due to the fact it's the closest and I've been coming to this one for years without issue. Customer service said they'd reach out to the manager and then said they refused to make it right or refund because that was the appropriate amount of lettuce and cheese. Which is a BLATANT LIE. No one even addressed the fact that the mayo wasn't even on the sandwich. Im furious. As a loyal customer, who has gotten this SAME ORDER for YEARS and it's never made this way, the manager or customer service is a liar. It's funny because I just got the SAME ORDER earlier this week. It was made right. I spent nearly $40 for my order and it was all crap. These 2 items were just the worst.

This is very sad. Charleys makes very good cheesesteaks when they want to, but sadly, they no longer want to. The cheesesteaks I used to get from there used to have good portions and be a decent value. But now they have cut their portion sizes a great amount and are no longer a good place to eat. Worse, when I contacted them to let them know that portions on cheesesteaks and fries have been drastically smaller, they ignored my messages. I even sent them a final heartfelt 'goodbye' message and instead of having any decency to contact me back, they once again ignored me. It just isn't worth going there. There are many places to get a good cheesesteak, and places that will give you better portions of meat and fries, and who will not ignore you when you let them know they fell short. I can only assume they just don't care about their customers. I am no longer one of those. My favorite cheesesteak place happens to be a company who wants to rip off customers and doesn't care if they lose them. There are good companies who care. Do yourself a favor and go somepleace else.

This place is pulling a fast one on its customers. If you order a small sandwich, they will take the bread and slice 1/3 of it, throw the rest away, and still charge you for a regular sandwich. It happened to me and to the person ordering behind me. Beware

The food was made very quickly, and the service is prompt. All of the workers were hustling the whole time. For fast food, this was great and delicious!! Thank you!!

Rarely give a bad review but I had to due to the constant bad service from the staff. The cashiers are usually polite, but the cook is the rudest person I have ever encountered at a food establishment. He always undercooks the meat so the cheese barely melts. A mere suggestion to just let it sit for a while produces the hardest glare ever, as if I am inconveniencing him, even with no one else waiting on line. Last time, when I asked (always nicely) to keep the meat cooking, he burned the cheese on my sandwich on purpose! I only keep coming back because I miss Steak Escape, the OG steak sandwich shop in Newport Mall 😭
