The steak itself was good....but who puts lettuce, tomatoes, & pickles on a cheesesteak? I asked & paid for jalapeños on my cheesesteak and I got exactly 2 slices on my 9" sandwich. They asked me to go or dine in I clearly stated dine in then they gave me my food in a to go bag which they gave to someone else & I asked him if he got my order & he said yes. Cheesesteak sandwiches are not salads so drop the salad topping and pickles? The food pictured does not show the salad on the sandwiches

Sandwich was good, fries were a bit on the soft side and not crisp. Service was okay, not the friendliest but they got the job done.

This has been my "go to" for sandwiches. It always cooked to order and the fries are real, always crisp, and not greasy or oily. Turn around is pretty quick for what it is but it can get busy real fast and real quick. The only real downside to this place is the price. But you do get what you pay for in the long run.
Once again they tell us they are not taking orders! I believe they discriminate who the serve! Poor management!!!
Do not order online for curbside pick up. Placed an order online for pick up and called the store to let them know I was parked at the pick up location, they told me that my order was ready, waited for 20 mins and no one came out. Called the store again, and they told me the don't have anyone to go out to take the order. They could have told me that when I called for fist time and not make me wait 20 mins. Some people come here on their work lunch hour, we don't have 20 mins to wait. Now eating a cold sandwich because it sat there for over 30 mins.

They don't do curve side you have to go inside the mall to get your food

I used to do security at the mall they are so dirty they don't clean up after themselves they leave the grill dirty rats be running all A round the place if I was you or anybody I wouldn't eat there
Terrible experience. Ordered fries and just through them in a sack paper bag. No care to satisfying their customers needs.Would not recommend coming back. Needs better management and training.
