Terrible. DO NOT USE THE APP!!! We’ve been charged twice now while the app says the card was declined. Absolutely no way to get ahold of customer support. Idc how small of an amount it is, there’s a lawsuit coming.

Tried giving this place a try for support purposes since I saw it didn’t have much customers and I can clearly understand why. Food was bad and customer service was horrible. The man who seemed to be the manager had the worst attitude.

Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My first time here and probably last time. Service was slow. Food was made to order. I ordered the philly cheese steak. Toasted buns were light but fell apart. The meat was tasteless. The Cajun fries were really bad because the Cajun spice was just dump on top of the fries.

As a mall employee, I have always had great customer service at this location, specially with Ernesto the manager, l went there yesterday got the worst customer service ever,as I get there I start looking at the menu, there's a short man with long beard ,starts tapping the counter with his hands like to hurry up and order ,I then turn around and look at him and that time a lady come over and takes my order ,as I started ordering I gave her a coupon for a free frys ,then she asked him if we still take them,he said no starts talking I don't know where you got that coupon we don't even use then anymore and kept running his mouth,,and that time I told the lady I was going here but with that attitude I will take my money elsewhere. I have worked at this mall for 10 years,and as us employees we give this places alot of our business to .

I was very excited that the old school was back. Such a marvelous sandwich. I stopped off at the rolling oaks location today doing some shopping and craving a cheesesteak. I was browsing the menu on the wall and the cooks for scrubbing the griddle. I approached the counter to start my order and the gentleman with the facial hair starting cussing under his breath and shaking his head looking very upset that I approached the counter. The brand great, the food is great but lack of customer experience from a not so cheap sandwich restaurant is uncalled for. I walked away to explore different options at the mall and will not return.
