Horrible Location I ordered through the mobile app and when I got there I still waited about 45 mins + on 2 combos which were not even customized correctly. Fries were Cold. Soda tasted a little flat like. And the attention to customers needs to be addressed. It's extremely disappointing when a customer wasted money at your location to get trash food fed. Order was placed I believe between 2 separate accounts.

Awful and unresponsive staff after receiving order sauces are missing in that, went to ask for sauce the staff didn’t looked at us after calling and calling returned without sauce and they didn’t respond to that.

Wish I could give a review about the food, but considering I didn't even get the eat the food, I'm going to assume it would have been cooked terribly anyway. I haven't had Checkers in years, so when I finally got to walk to this one I was fairly let down by one of the worst customer experiences ever. I stood there knocking on the front window for 20 mins. Employees on the other side didn't look my way, speak or even signal, they just serviced the drive thru and ignored me. One of them even looked right through the front window while eating. After being treated so badly there was no food I wanted from them.

I’m usually not picky with my order, if it’s something I can pick out or something like that I would. Nor do I post bad reviews all the time but I bought mozzarella sticks and when I bit into it it was cold and nasty. I went back so they can have them redo the order the young lady at the window looked at me like I had three heads and then when she went inside all of the workers in there laughed like I was asking them to do something out of the ordinary and when they gave it back to me they had refried my order including the one I bit into (you can see them through the window). So the one I bit into was put into the oil that is frying everyone else’s order. Not to mention my husband also has had multiple bad experiences with this establishment as well. And it’s always with the late nite crew (all young women and men) that have nasty personalities. There’s another lady that be there during the day time she’s really nice. Everyone else need an attitude adjustment and I don’t really take things personal but the way this young lady looked at me wasn’t cool for me asking for something simple that your cook messed up. Beware do not go here the service here is terrible.
My name is Dawn Gibson I had a community health fair with my church Cotton Temple COGIC on 383 Bergen Ave on JC on last Saturday July 26th. Checkers was out major sponsor. I had the opportunity to connect with Lene the manager and Ms. Pam who assisted with the donation. I have never met such nice people in my life. They were open to helping support the community in this initiative. Lene was away on vacation but she made herself available to speak with me and let me know checkers would support our community health fair. Because of her kindness we were able to feed over 250 people during the health fair. It’s people like the team at Checkers who make what I do worthwhile. Thank you Lene and the entire Checkers team for supporting us in this initiative. I look forward to partnering with you in future initiatives. On behalf of myself, Pastor Mario Moody, and the Jersey City Dept of Health we say thank you for being the person you are and for making the donation process an easy one.

Late nights during summertime does not feel safe. There’s a criminal element nearby (from Lincoln Park -Communipaw/JFK especially). Love the food, looking over my shoulder every bite not so much.

The food was great, nothing special but the service and atmosphere was awful. The cashier reprimanded me that I didn't need to specify what type of combo I wanted and said it was really dumb of my part saying that i wanted double meat in my combo. After that, I received the food and she closed the window before asking her for napkins. The attention of that woman was really rude and I'm not coming back after being insulted and called dumb. Thumbs down!
