My fiancé and I were so excited to get dressed and try this place out. We called before arriving to check availability and the receptionist acted like it was too loud to tell us if they have tables or not. So when we got inside it was super small and tight. We asked about seating and were told there was no tables available and only had 2 seats at the bar. We took them and then asked how to go about ordering hookah. We were told you wouldn't get hookah at the bar, but we could outside on the patio. We asked if there were available seats on the patio and were told yes. So we leave out inside seats at the bar and go outside to the patio. There was ONE section on the patio which was taken. So we went to the bar outside and asked if we could sit there and get hookah. We were told no again. WE found some seats on the patio in the absolute back and then finally decided to just leave. I wish they would of told us they were full before coming so we could try a different time. Instead we will not be coming back because the initial experience was terrible.

Cherry Lounge is an absolute gem! The food here is beyond amazing, I had to bring my honey just to make him a believer, and now he’s hooked too. The oxtails are hands down some of the best I’ve ever had, incredibly tender and packed with flavor. Our waitress LENISHA was wonderful, super welcoming, attentive, and had a great vibe that made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is chill and inviting, and the music is spot on , a mix of styles and eras that keeps the energy flowing just right. This place is truly one of a kind. I enjoy coming here, and now my honey can’t wait to come back too. Huge thanks to the team for the amazing service and exquisite food. Highly recommend checking it out!

I've been to this spot twice now, and unfortunately, it’s been a hit or miss each time. The Oxtail Rasta Pasta had potential, but it was way too salty to really enjoy. The food quality is inconsistent, which is disappointing, especially when you’re expecting something great.

On top of that, the service could use some improvement. The waitress always seems to have an attitude whenever there’s a complaint, and it’s clear she struggles with handling larger parties. This was the same experience both times I visited, and it definitely took away from the overall vibe. I’d love to see some improvements here, but I’m not sure if I’ll be coming back again.

Great music, even better food. My fiancé and I are visiting from Rochester and haven’t had food this good our whole weekend until we came to Cherrys. Spent around $90 for 2 entrees and one drink + gratuity (well deserved)And our server, she had the blond short haircut, was such a pleasure and very attentive. I will be bragging when we get back home LMAO

The VIBE is truly unmatched ✨ This spot feels like home away from home. First of all, let’s talk about Hennyyy 🤣 she’s a whole vibe! Funny as hell, keeps the drinks flowing, and makes sure you’re good. And Juicy Jessica? Sweet as can be, she’ll have you smiling all night. 💕

But babyyyyy let’s get to the FOOD 😋🔥 Chile, I don’t even have another word besides delicious! A true chef’s kiss. The lamb chops? Top tier. The Creole grits? Perfection. Oxtails that melt in your mouth, salmon bites, catfish bites… honey, I could go on forever.

If you’re looking for a whole vibe, great people, and even better foodthis is THE spot. 💯
