Chew n Chatter is a simple food truck, stationed in the parking lot of a residential home. It offered your standard halal lamb and chicken platters along with fruit bowls and shakes. The food smelled amazing when I was waiting in the cute seating area (I'm happy to see improvements in our neighborhood) and I can definitely recommend this place! The food is delicious. I'm halfway through but had to type this review. Really nice portion too.

Had an order via Uber Eats for a lamb gyro with a soda. In the instructions I made it clear I wanted both white and red sauce. When it arrived it did not have the soda I paid for nor did it have the red sauce. Pretty bad service

So I live like behind these guys a couple blocks, and They are close by when I get off work. As for my job, because cannabis plays a role, I seem to have a never ending appetite. So I always decide to grab 3 double beef sliders and they always throw in fries with my box. The young kid who works there is a hard worker and is very consistent on point, if I was the head chef, I am only a sous. This kid would be working for me. But this place strives for making quality food, hits the spot every time. Oh its also Halal, and now they are building covering for the seating area. This is one go to spot if your out late in jersey city. Also If you cant take heat, the bbq sauce is great.BISMILAH I have found ChewNChatter for my late night munchies.
Tried their chicken over rice and chicken gyro last week. The food was good and they followed the instructions listed on the order. It'd be great if they could also provide some hot/white sauce on the side. Definitely would order again.

I noticed this place a couple of days ago when I was leaving work. They are very close to my job, so I decided to check them out today. The guy doing the cooking was so kind. I ordered the mixed platter. It came with chicken, lamb, rice and salad. I asked for extra white sauce and just a tad bit of hot sauce. All for just 11 dollars. It was a very good portion, and it was DELICIOUS. I will say this, that hot sauce is PROPERLY spicy. So if you have no spice tolerance, leave it be. I highly recommend this place. There's even a cute little seating area beside it. Go for it, and enjoy!!
