The atmosphere is chill, sometimes busy, but even if there's a line, you will not wait long. Workers are friendly and is always ready to help with a smile on their faces. Definitely a must visit if you are in the area.

Please tell your staff that the customers are not their buddies nor to be judged by appearance and ethnicity. Professionalism has been required about three times in the past two months. I do not like to be approached by people I don't know even if they are familiar with me as I have frequented this mall since 9 years of age. Familiarity is not a personal invitation to a customer's personal space. Furthermore the founder of this franchise attends Hoboken Grace and I do not rub up on him simply because of that.

Never seen fast food workers as polite and friendly as the ones here! I got a deluxe chicken sandwich meal and it was really nice especially with ranch sauce that we don’t have in the uk
I made an order for 4 items, chicken nuggets are missing, I replace the burger bun with lettuce and I receive this God dmn bun when I open the box at home. A bit too many mistake for 1 order, can you properly train your employees?

Absolutely horrible customer service , for the second time they packed my food incorrectly! So it's common to spend 48.96 $ on a 1 spicy chicken deluxe with a lemonade and a nuggets... they literally missed my whole meal , AGAIN AGAIN. So I call and be polite and she's telling me she can only replace the sauces I paid extra for? Yea ... I need the cooperates number
The manager, Lady, was so helpful placing my catering order! I was able to get all the accommodations I needed in a short timeframe! Perfect service for any event! Christian was also amazing, he came in and set everything up beautifully!
