Pretty Good, located right off a main highway. I stop by anytime I’m in NJ, close to the Hotel in Newark. First time, I stopped in the Owner was there and had GREAT conversation, service and customer service and gave me a military discount. The second time I stopped in, owner was not there and the service wasn’t as pleasant. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the same. The Caucasian clerk told me I couldn’t get a military discount because he’s not the owner. Then proceeded to talk about Burger King and other fast food chains not giving discounts. The food didn’t taste as good the second time probably because the experience was icky.

The bold headed guy at the front is very mean and disrespectful to the clients and the guy that work inside. However own that place you need to have a talk with him. This is a business and he always have a nasty attitude.

“I had a terrible experience at this restaurant (New York Fried Chicken). The staff behind the counter were incredibly rude and discriminatory toward Spanish-Speaking Customers. They assured that anyone speaking Spanish didn’t understand English and treated them with disrespect and condescension. It’s unacceptable and disappointing to see such behavior in this day and age. If you value being treated with dignity and respect, I suggest you avoid this place.”

I recently dined couple of times at this restaurant, and I have to say that my overall experience was rather underwhelming. While the ambiance and service were decent, I couldn't help but feel disappointed with the food quality and pricing.The taste of the food was, unfortunately, quite average. I had high expectations for a memorable dining experience, but the dishes I tried failed to leave a lasting impression. It lacked that special touch that makes a meal truly exceptional.What further exacerbated my disappointment was the pricing. The cost of the dishes didn't seem justified given the quality of the food. I expected the flavors and presentation would stand out, but sadly, they fell short.I believe that dining out should be an enjoyable experience, and while this restaurant had its merits, particularly in terms of atmosphere and service, the core element - the food - left much to be desired. I hope that they can work on improving the taste of their dishes for better value to their customer
