Chili's Grill & Bar

There are many Chili's out there, but this one is pretty decent. Staff was friendlier than usual and it's a good location on Washington Boulevard.

Food - I’ve been to this location twice and both times their tortilla chips tasted awful. You could literally taste the oil in them which made the chips bitter. Apart from that, as long as you’re staying away from anything fried, the food is good here.

Food was amazing! The Staff was great, pleasant and passionate. Their service was excellent and prices were reasonable. Highly recommend!!!

Great food! Fourth time to this location and staff is hit and miss table side. No matter what day, don’t expect a big welcome, they treat you like a dollar sign...

Spicy shrimps Tacos... Hey!!! It was tasty but you guys should remove the "Spicy". Call it Shrimp Tacos. That's better.

IDK who was in the kitchen this past Saturday but CHILL on the salt! Salt is not needed on a burger that already contains bacon and cheese. I've been to other Chili's and never had this issue.

great service and excellent Food

The service ducked. I had to a wait a long time for the food. The server who serviced my table left the plates and cups. She did come by to see if my table needed refills. The manager had to be called at the table to address the problems. However, she was very nice, gave a big discount on the bill. Another server assisted my table with drinks and other items. She was given a good tip instead of my table waitress.

Wait time tooo long... 20min to get a table- 13min a see a waiter to take our order--- 14min to receive our cold food. In total 47min before eating. By this time we lose our appetite And it wasn't even busy... there were plenty of empty tables.. WILL NOT REVISITED NOR RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE.

If you hungry or thirsty please save yourself a headache and don't come here. The staff is just walking dragging their feet and if they see you standing around, don't even ask if they can help you. Save yourself. 20min to get their attention, the door guy what a lazy complainer all he has to do is sit you. Terrible service time to clean house. Ok so management try to contact me (as you can see) I'm not looking for anything for free or bother anyone, if anything it will be nice to improve the place, it can be a great spot but not with this management and definitely not this crew, if this is bad in the front floor imagine the kitchen. Sorry but I don't want anything for free I just want one of you to go there and stand on line and see what a regular person sees when you walk in. Don't walk in like a owner or manager. You will see right away.

Good food and good servers made it a good night out for dinner and dessert. We had appetizer, vegetarian burger and the molten lava dessert. Overall, I would recommend this Chili's.

Ok so our waitress was awesome AND the food was. Not so good. I felt like I was eating at Applebee's YIKES! However the nachos appetizer was pretty good.
