This is for the midtown nyc location on 40/Madison.I wanted very much to like this but it just wasn’t good. I can almost tolerate the surly staff, but paying $15 for a burrito that’s improperly put together, missing ingredients, and that isn’t good just doesn’t work for me.First the whole thing seemed like it wasn’t fresh. The scallion pancake was soggy. The pork was dry that it was hard to swallow. There was black rice in it, which I don’t know why, and other ingredients seem to be missing.Really bad quality. I feel taken advantage off. Maybe took 3 bites and it’s inedible and very poor quality.

Disgusting. Multiple strands of hair. And to think I actually tipped the guy for scooping some food and putting it on a container. Done with this place and deleting the app.

I ve tried few of their items and they all tasted terrible. The portion size of their bowls is preposterously small. Felt more like unhealthy fast food.

I liked the food here. I am a vegetarian and Chinah has options here.

I ordered two bowls but only got one. On top of that, the order was delayed for over an hour.

For the new menu, there are less options than previously. Hope the meatballs and tomato and eggs can come back!

Terry Wang
