I have got hair in one of my chipotle I had to throw everything I bought won’t recommend this chipotle if you are planning to visit. It’s highly unhygienic The staff is rude even in veg bowl they don’t put extra rice nor beans they smash foods on floor

Always dirty. Homeless shelters have better condition. At least one employee here is giving much more food when you speak Spanish. Not welcoming others?

I saw all the poor reviews and I was a little worried but I was staying close and decided to risk it. It was a completely normal chipotle. It was clean, the staff was fine and the amount of meat was even a little on the extra side. No complaints about this location at all.

Horrible service

I wanted to take a moment to shout out Guillermo Mayorga. I came in to ask for some help with a big order that I neglected to order 24 hours in advance. Guillermo tried very hard to help me out and Come up With Other solutions. Unfortunately, it didn't work out, but I will be back and be sure to order 24 hours in advance thank you Guillermo for your attention to service and willingness to go above For the customer.

Very stingy as if you’re not paying for your food and they’re doing you a free service!

**Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Chipotle location in Jersey City.** I ordered a **vegetarian bowl and burrito** — both clearly marked as **veggie** — and discovered **beef** in my food. As a **Hindu**, I do **not consume meat** for religious reasons, and this is **deeply offensive and upsetting**.

To make matters worse, when I raised the issue with the staff, they were **rude, dismissive**, and even **mocked my concern**. The employee I spoke with — who claimed to be the manager — told me to **go to a different Chipotle** and allegedly made **racist remarks** instead of offering an apology or any resolution.

This is the **second time** this has happened, and I’m beyond disappointed. This isn’t just a mistake — it’s a **complete disregard for cultural and religious sensitivity**.

Probably the worst Chipotle experience one could have. The portion of anything they give is laughable from the rice to cheese to the proteins. And when you ask for a bit more not double they say thats the portion size when you see the person in front get probably the size of a double scoop without asking. Absolutely terrible. To top it off the line workers always extremely rude. Just take the light rail towards exchange place for Chipotle.

Really disappointing experience at this location. The manager kept insisting that white rice costs extra, and then told me that asking for extra salsa would also cost more. I’ve been to plenty of Chipotle locations and that’s never been the case. On top of that, the portions were way smaller than what you’d normally expect. The attitude came off as aggressive and unprofessional, which made the whole visit uncomfortable. Easily one of the worst Chipotle visits I’ve had.

Just got served raw chicken. Huge piece thats raw in the middle and cant chew through. Im disgusted and want this place shut down. I saw the workers there fooling around too. 1:20PM 8/22/2025

The food is great!!! They serve you super fast, even though it gets crowded at lunchtime, the line moves quickly. Great place!!! And I like that the staff speaks both English and Spanish.
