They never put right amount of veggies in the bowl..specially during lunch hours.. i understand restaurant is busy on weekdays during the time…but even after asking for many times they never put right amount of veggies..

THE WORST Chipotle on earth…. Order is wrong more than 50% of the time, and cold 95% of the time. Employees don’t care at all. Check your food before you leave but if there’s an issue be prepared to “get in line” for them to fix it

Literally the worst chipotle ever. The worker wouldn't even listen or pay attention, didn't know you could do half chicken half meat and then they gave me someone elses order WITHOUT ANY MEAT. Horrible service go try another location.

Manager wouldn’t honor half Bday free drink code from rewards when app wasn’t accepting after I ordered nearly $30 in food. Said I needed to make ANOTHER purchase.

Disgusting quality!! My stomach was in pain after few bites!

Ordered veggie bowls from grubhub and I don't eat meat but the bowl had chicken in it and the other food that was ordered had severe quality problems. The sour cream was supposed to be inside the bowl but it was dripping outside in the bag. Got red chili salsa in the bowl but they just put very little to show that it had the salsa. Ordered the coke which was never received. And the best part, it wasn't the first time something like this had happened. My frustration level had built up for all the many previous times things like these had happened. Highly doubt if the employees received any training.

Fast service but menu difficult to dissect. The person at the counter should be more cheerful. Meal should be hotter.

How on Earth do you make a cheese quesadilla and forget to put the cheese in it? On top of that, they refused to give me a refund for the food the didn’t give to me and I had to dispute it with my bank. A dumpster would be a better place to get food…

Oh man, so disappointed, absolute trash. Basically a baby sized about of dry beef, and mushy rice. An uncomfortable experience asking the worker to “add more” of basic vegetables, cringe.

One of the best Chipotle's I've been to in whole of NJ by far! The place was kept clean, had all the cutlery in place unlike other branches where you have to go to the counter to ask for it 😓 The restrooms were maintained as well. Even the chips and red salsa were fresh. Also, our server was very friendly and patiently asked what all toppings we'd like in our bowl. If you're in the Newport-Exchange place area, do visit this Chipotle branch and treat yourself to a burrito bowl 😊
