Chipotle Mexican Grill

Hands down the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to in NJ. The place is dirty, with visible bugs, and it’s definitely not up to code. The ice machine has been broken for a while, and the staff seems completely lost. The woman handling online orders is rude and clearly doesn’t want to be there. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else

Great Staff, friendly, very family friendly and aware, and lately I've been to some Chipotle outlets where the food isn't fresh, not here this place is awesome, everything we had was super fresh & delectable, great management of this outlet,

I wish I get zero star option. Server, cashier and staff all showing attitude as if I am asking kids meal on her expenses. There is no service at all... Me and My family fan of chipotle eating for almost 15 years never ever received such pathetic response.. at end when I raised voice server saying you cannot talk to me like that.. what she was doing is okay.. not worth to.keep such sttaf

laughable portion size (even for a chipotle), laughable attitude from the workers when I asked for more than a quarter scoop of regular chicken. Out of fajita veggies and refused to get more from the back. No cutlery either.

staff is very rude, most of the times they have half filled bowls on beans or veggies. too bad of a service. Last time I asked them to add veggies the response was please go and get it from the next shop we have ran out of veggies. Seriously worst chipotle location.

The steak and fajita veggies were incredibly salty, like someone dropped the entire salt shaker into it and still proceeded to serve it to customers.

Worst Chipotle branch I have been to in terms of food quality.

Terrible experience at both Exchange Place and Newport Chipotle locations. At Exchange Place (10:15 PM), staff was already cleaning, served dry leftovers with tiny portions—so I left. Newport wasn’t better. I had to ask for more of everything, and when I asked for more meat, the girl rudely said, “You wanna pay double?”

She told me they were out of guac and sour cream, but when I asked the manager, she told them to give it to me—then they grabbed it from the to-go station. They also rushed me to pay before I finished ordering. Even my quesadilla had barely anything in it. Staff was rude, service was lazy, and portions were a joke. Not coming back.

Seriously what is this? This is a bite of guac. I’m paying for guac and you’re giving me a spoon of it?!?!? I go here all the time. New guy that started working there gave me quarter scoops of everything. I also asked for extra lettuce 3 times lol. I also asked for a tortilla on the side and he said okay. I reminded him and he still didn’t get it. I told the cashier and the takeout section ended up making it for me.

Good customer service. However, the tables are always messy. The food sure is expensive but dry

So salty rice and oily food , I am surprise I couldn’t eaten food . Save money eat any snacks or find other options for foods

No complaints about the hard working people here. Maybe they need more people working? The food is great. But

1. Not doing web ordering from this location. You need to stand in line to get you web ordered food. And, then they ignore you. And, you give them your name and they start looking through multiple bags for your name. Why? Clearly faster to stand in line.

2. At 12.30pm they ran out of pork!

Old review:
I’ve seen huge improvement since this location opened. I do agree with others that portions were tiny. I remember the server’s shaking hands trying really hard to give me as little meat as possible. So, I decided not to get the food here for two years. Now, it is a completely different story. I have no complaints at all.

Interestingly, the online orders bags are not in the open at this point. Guess just protecting the bags from “shrinkage”.
