Sad to give a 1 star review but they messed up my order and messed up my stomach for the rest of the day. I ordered chai latte with oat milk. They charge extra for the oat milk.

I’m positive it wasn’t oat milk because all of a sudden I had the runs. My stomach has been crampy for 2 hours and still feel like I need to go since drinking the latte. This only happens when I have lactose or whey protein. I specifically asked for a non-dairy to avoid this from happening.

Love coming here for a coffee. The sourdough breads are excellent as well.
Usually swing by here on a walk and then go to the park after, it’s a great way to spend some time in the heights.
Staff is really friendly and the vibe is great. Also love seeing the pastries being made in the back.

I will spend every day of the rest of my life worshipping the focaccia baguette from Choc O Pain. I wish I could express how much this incredible gluten-y treat has impacted my day-to-day and I just can’t. Thank you for changing my life.

Highly recommend for fresh-, pastry-, and breakfast-folks. Had chai tea latte with oat milk (they offered, didn’t have to ask myself if they had nondairy) and quiche Lorraine.l toasted. Food and drinks were wonderful. Service even better. Barista Nelson was super kind and thoughtful throughout the ordering process. Even asked how I enjoyed my meal after. Manned the front solo with a line to the door, everyone left seemingly happy, all on a weekday morning. Would recommend!

Been going for a while now, they have really good stuff. Pretty much everything hits. Great pastries, quiche, and food and then coffee and baguettes/breads are the best.

We had breakfast here for 2 days and takeaway once for tea break during our short stay along the same street. The frequency of our visits should indicate the quality of both their bakes and service. My son had his first mocha latte here and it was meticulously prepared by a young French (?) gentleman. I’m impressed!

Wonderful food! I loved the atmosphere of the place, and the French music adds a special touch to the ambiance. I ordered a spinach quiche, and it was perfect!

Tell the delivery driver (Blue van)... that he cannot pass on Palisade Ave. And drive as if this bird. Out with a single track!! He did it..between South Street/Congress!!
Because of people like Him... there are so many accidents on the street!!

I used to live in Paris. The pastries here are just as good as the ones there. And yeah it's not cheap. Neither is anything else around here. But at least they are not ashamed to list their prices ... all the other restaurants around here make you ask!

Anyway I don't understand all the hate... must be people using those delivery services (because really what do you expect after it's been sitting on the back of a bike in the hot sun)

Stale almond croissant. Ham and cheese croissant had one flimsy piece of ham, inside really bad quality and stale, stale stale!!!!! Mediocre service from the counter person. Very disappointing!

I’m always disappointed by the stale pastries here, most recently after buying an almond croissant that somehow had a cold, soggy bottom.

I went on a rainy Saturday on 3/2, and the person behind the counter was by far the kindest service I’ve ever had there. He was super helpful and just made the experience top notch!
