I went in with my boyfriend and my daughter. This is our first ever visit to Chuck e Cheese since I myself was a child. When we went to the counter, the first thing I said after looking at the prices was that I wanted the 200points for gameplay which was 60$. The girl went to talk to her coworker and she came back and offered us a membership (bronze) which was alo 60$ instead of what we wanted to buy. We confirmed with her if it made sense for us to get the membership since we wanted the 200 points to play with our kid. She said YES!, and that we would get discounts on additional points as well as food. At no point did she explain how many points would be on the actual card during this visit. While we are playing we notice, first of all, that we were clearly losing points as most of the machines were broken but NO SIGNS ON THE MACHINES THAT ANYTHING WAS OUT OF SERVICE. So many aside from myself also wasting points on games that should be dispensing balls for instances. Nothing comes out. SECOND, and most importantly, a little while into playing we notice our card is out of balance, which is crazy since we wanted 200 points, each game is about a point or 2 to play so how did we run out so quickly? We look at our receipt and the card she gave us and notice the card is only loaded with 40 points! So my boyfriend goes to the counter and tells the girl that it made No sense to have a membership if what we wanted, which we said in the beginning was the 200 points; and now we spent 60$ on 40? Instead of 200. And now we have to spend MORE money on points to get what we originally wanted in the first place; so now a 60$ trip has become an 80$ trip and FOR LESS POINTS to begin with when we could have just spent 60$ on the original 200 that was wanted. When he tells the girl; she was just going to refund us; (again, not what we wanted just wanted a cancellation of the membership and to be credited the missing points) the MANAGER steps in, and cancels the CANCEL OF THE MEMBERSHIP. Stating that we can’t do that since we already used the 40 points from the membership. And that no refund can be given so he had to walk away with a membership he doesn’t want, paying additional money he shouldn’t have paid, and a completely dissatisfied experience. When he walks back to us to tell us the situation; the manager walks to us and just gives him the card because he left it in the front ; said nothing more. And walks away. So clearly I get upset and go up to her, all the while the girl who originally sold us the membership is now hiding in the back, so I go straight to the manager to get a whole explanation because how did we pay so much for a bad time ? So she explained that we can’t cancel the membership, essentially we stuck with the membership; she was apologetic that the cashier didn’t explain the membership correctly….which is ridiculous. And then I tell her that he paid for additional points, which she says she gave a 20% discount on and that she ADDED additional points for free… None of this was told to him by the way. Only when I confronted her does she explain this. And now here I am spent 80$ on 40 points. Plus an additional 60. now we’re at 100 points and then after that was it that the manager added the additional 100 points. All in all we overspent money on 200 points for no reason. Absolutely will never be coming back.

The service and staff are basically useless,
Borderline rude,
1 or 2 folks who look mature are good to understand and deal with customer issues.

I was very happy to see how they take the children’s safety first . The atmosphere was amazing and all the children were enjoying themselves. I would not hesitate going back . The place was very clean as well ! The staff were lovely and my nephew truly enjoyed himself .

Vegetarian options: They have a salad bar that looked fresh and well cared for .

Dietary restrictions: Their menu had plenty of different options for everyone to enjoy . That was really impressive 👍

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly atmosphere and my nephew had a blast.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes no stairs going in and plenty of room for wheelchair witch is really great to see 👍

I have lived in the area for years ,and I have always taken my daughter there ,and it is very unpleasant that the only two inconveniences I have had are with the same person, the girl dyes some braids that end in blue on both occasions she has been grocers, disrespectful and racist with me and my daughter for have white skin, both occasions I have noticed the difference in attention with people of other skin tones totally unacceptable in a place where children are supposed to spend a happy time that they are discriminated against I will never take my daughter there . That it’s unacceptable

The staff lacks basic respect, and one employee, in particular, ruined our day. She acted as if she should be working in a police district – honestly, she would make a terrible detective. When we tried to bring it up, all they said was, "We’ll take care of it." What does that even mean? Who’s going to take responsibility for how she treated us, especially when she had no right to act that way? This branch deserves a -5 rating.

Been going here frequently with my girls the last 4 years. My girls are 1,3 and 5 years old and we enjoy going very often!! This last year they have done some renovation and changes to games. It’s been clean and staff is helpful and nice. I like the membership options they implemented over the summer. Highly recommend for family’s in the area!

I made my daughter birthday here and was okay, was a busy day but was a mistake for almost everything, the cards weren’t working at the beginning so we lose like 30 minutes of games, my daughter enjoyed but was stressing being there. Pizza and wings were great

The customer service is top tier !! It has become my favorite place for my autistic children . We come every two weeks and no matter how busy it is They staff is knowledgeable, courteous , and goes above and beyond when assistance is needed . Food some time can be delayed but that’s standard with the busy rush . However it’s still ran smoothly ! Jaime has been an extreme pleasure every time we have been here and the GM Tierra as well has been present each time and just as easy going as the rest of the crew . I appreciate the entire team from beginning to end . They do a great job.
