It could have been higher but when chuck e cheese came out my brother was with my dad and it was his birthday so my dad helped my brother hold his hand out so he can give high five to chuck e but chuck e cheese did NOT give him a high five and he was right in front of him. I know the costume head is big but cmon now he wanted the high five there no way you didnt see him when he was right in front of you. Do better man. Also they took out the best thing in that chuck e cheese, the roller-coaster machine.:( i could understand that tho it may have been broken but other than that it was okay. Take notes chuck e cheese LOOK AROUND FOR HANDS IN THE AIR BECAUSE THE KIDS AND MY BROTHER WANTS A HIGH FIVE. :) seriously remember that

The worst customer service they totally ignore you. They look at you and they keep walking while they see you waiting to get attended at the register. I don’t recommend this Chuck E. Cheese. Every game lasts between one minute or two and the playground is $20 per child. It’s a total scam.

This store seemed smaller to me compared to some of the other ones I have been. They still have the arcade playing area and the separate party area in the back. This one appears to be old as well, little dark and gloomy.
We got a new card tokens for $50 that was good to play go about 45 minutes. The reward tickets were deposited back in the same card. Most of the arcade games were functional. All of them were somewhat close to each other. The food pick up and soda dispenser were right in front of arcade area.
The staff members were good. They ensured all parents took pictures with their kids when entering and showing it when leaving. They also helped us with getting the puck for air hockey. They always monitored the arcade floor to keep it clean and organized.

I had a terrible experience here. The customer service was extremely poor—staff were rude, dismissive, and made it clear they didn’t care about providing a welcoming environment. The food was just as disappointing: poorly prepared, bland, and definitely not worth the price. To make matters worse, the employees’ attitude made the entire visit uncomfortable. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
