It's none existence, we drove for over an hour to get here only to find out that it's under construction or renovation, too bad no one deemed it fit enough to note that online.
So so so delicious. Ordered goat and tilapia, each with djollof yesterday. Will try Lamb with djollof today. I absolutely recommend.
I’m new to the area and have been craving African food. This spot didn’t miss!! I had the cassava leave with fried fish and plantain. Delicious!

Absolutely Delicious. We really enjoyed our meals. We got the Thieboudienne ( fish w vegetable , had wondeful flavor / excellent ) and also the fish with acheke (fish w grated cassava , flavorful totally delicious). We also got the bissap ( sorrel juice ). I enjoyed all the flavors and we really enjoyed all our food.
The place was alright but when I went to go order I asked for something Specifically and they said yes they have it and once they were done they gave me something I didn’t ask for and said they don’t have it and to come back tomorrow

I was pleasantly surprised. I thought i literally was going to get a small plate. Than boom a whole pan lol. The food was hot and freshly prepared. Definitely worth the wait. Delicious. My toddler loved it. FYI they have snow cones lol my kid loved it.
Casa a Leaf Amazing, Joloff rice - OMG! Great price, service and comfortable African comfort food right in Jersey City!
I really loved the restaurant as soon as I walked in. The room is super super pretty with the African colors on the chair. The food hits different. My favorite were Attieke, alocco, and sogo( beef ). Y'all should pass by. Shout out to the west African community!?
Thiebujienne, Mafe, jollof rice, the whole fried tilapia, michou lamb, all hits!! Awesome west african fare. If you know, you know. even better than the more well known Senegalese spaces on 116th. Filling family portions.
This restaurant is AMAZING. The food was very fresh and the service was fast and the owner was really accommodating to my large group. 10/10 recommend the lamb and the tilapia.
