I ordered a hot chai. The first half tasted fine, but the second half was undrinkable. It seemed like the drink wasn’t mixed properly. By the time I got to the bottom, it was overwhelmingly fruity and sugary. For a small cup that cost $6.40, I was really disappointed. The customer service was mid.

Good coffee and relaxed atmosphere. Would prefer to drink from an actual mug when sitting in though, it's not the same in a paper cup.

I went to get a latte around 2:40 PM today, but it wasn’t good—more like a 2/5. I’m still giving the store 4 stars because the lattes were great earlier this week, which is why I came back. Today’s tasted off, felt like the end batch of beans, was watery, and had less volume. I just want consistency for a $5 latte.

Delish flat white, made with the right temperature for the oat milk. Also a cute space with booths you can rent for work calls - nice touch!

love this place to get some remote work done. always super friendly staff, good matcha, and yummy everything croissants. they have very few pastry options so don’t come here on an empty stomach, but besides that it’s the perfect place to pop in for a coffee, sit, work on your laptop, bring a book, etc. super relaxing.

I initially ordered a large cup of oat milk latte(24oz), the menu on showed the price small sized coffee(12 oz). The cashier failed to informed me any detail on the drink, before I made payment. Especially the larger cup costed twice the amount, and an extra $1.50 for the option oat milk. If I was informed earlier I would have changed my mind. Although it makes sense that a cup double the size should be charged double, I felt like it is a common practice for a restaurant to inform customers what they are paying for before confirming the payment. I had to pay more than $10 for a cup of coffee, and quite frankly it didn’t taste like one that’s worth more than $10. I had better coffee with more volume that costed less. Please at least fix the menu, and the service.
