Ordered my tea like 10min ago, the girl just worked on her stuff and still not working on my order. Hire better people ok? Follow-up: this girl argued with me. It’s 11:45 am and she says that she has many things to prepare instead of working on orders… my guess is she didn’t start working on time. Ended up cancelling my order. If your shop cannot work on orders prior 12pm, don’t open.

Bad service. we ordered no ice with oat milk and they gave us regular ice, they took away the ice but refilled it with black tea. The milk tea tasted soooo bad (the worst milk tea I’ve had) and the pearl even worse.

I ordered no ice drink, but they served it with ice. The ingredients weren’t that good, yet it cost me 8 dollars. I mean, I’d rather choose other stores that taste better and also cost 8 dollars, but not this one.

We got the black tea latte and matcha latte. My mom loved the boba, it was chewy and cooked, other places we go they are never fully cooked and this was it for her. We were satisfied with a sweet treat and service was great. Really kind employees and a lively environment.
I will I could give 0 star for this store! Bad taste ( just mix the paste powder into the drink!), bad service( the staff is so rude to the customer even little kid, not acceptable!) never return this place! Moge Tea is much much better!
The tarp slush here is amazing and the people who work here are always so pleasant, down to earth, and so quick to get us our ordersJoshua and Jennifer are amazing! They deserve a raise :)
