I ordered the new floral jasmine green tea featured in the picture, but ended up with a drink that had no pecans on top. The barista told me they were out of pecans, so I ended up paying the same price for a basic drink instead of the new item. The barista didn't offer any alternatives or ask if I wanted a substitute topping. I had no choice but to leave with this boring drink.

I ordered two drinks during the promotion of Buy 1 get the other 30% off. I order two floral jasmine tea. The two drinks I received is made the same way as a regular jasmine milk tea. However I was charged as Floral Jasmine tea. In addition, my two tea was water down as I watched the employees make 1 large drink split into two medium and add water instead of making more. Truly disappointing at the service and quality of the drink I received.

If you want to feel rage like you’ve never felt before, come to this Boba place. Straws that are so small, the pearls don’t fit and it feels like you’re sucking golf balls through a garden hose. They say they’ll buy bigger straws but they never do. It’s a convenient spot after doing groceries but tbh not the best.

2nd time ordering again same story. The one making is very rude. He fills the glass with 100% ice and says we can’t change

This is located inside the 99 Ranch Market. We got the mango green tea and the passion fruit green tea with tapioca and coconut jelly. The passion fruit one tasted super artificial with the flavor and was wayyy too sweet despite choosing 30% sugar in both drinks. Boba didn’t taste fresh either. Overall I’d say it was a miss for me.

Ordered my tea like 10min ago, the girl just worked on her stuff and still not working on my order. Hire better people ok? Follow-up: this girl argued with me. It’s 11:45 am and she says that she has many things to prepare instead of working on orders… my guess is she didn’t start working on time. Ended up cancelling my order. If your shop cannot work on orders prior 12pm, don’t open.
