This is located inside the 99 Ranch Market. We got the mango green tea and the passion fruit green tea with tapioca and coconut jelly. The passion fruit one tasted super artificial with the flavor and was wayyy too sweet despite choosing 30% sugar in both drinks. Boba didn’t taste fresh either. Overall I’d say it was a miss for me.

We got the black tea latte and matcha latte. My mom loved the boba, it was chewy and cooked, other places we go they are never fully cooked and this was it for her. We were satisfied with a sweet treat and service was great. Really kind employees and a lively environment.

The tarp slush here is amazing and the people who work here are always so pleasant, down to earth, and so quick to get us our ordersJoshua and Jennifer are amazing! They deserve a raise :)
