We ordered our engagement cake from Cocoa Bakery and were extremely happy with how everything came out. This was our first time ordering a large cake and the cake expert was very patient with us and walked us through all the various flavors/styles/fillings and was very transparent about the pricing. The cake exceeded expectation. We knew we wanted a naked cake style to match our rustic them and they worked with us finding using example pictures to style our cake exactly as we wanted. The process was no stress. We were late at ordering the cake (about 2.5 weeks out) but they had helped us confirm the cake/size quickly and once we were confirmed they took care of everything and the cake was delivered fresh on time. The cake was more than enough to feed all our guest, delicious and so fresh. The buttercream frosting was delicious and our cake expert gave us tips on how to serve it to preserve the taste. I highly recommend them! Thanks so much!

$5.25 for a rock solid almond croissant is kinda crazy.

Located in the heights, at the intersection of Congress st and Central Ave, had this place in my bucket list for a while! The ambiance is good and the service is good, the barista was pretty responsive which I liked. Coming to the food, I ordered signature hot chocolate and quiche. The signature hot chocolate seems to be made from dark chocolate, it was a bit bitter than expected and overall it felt okay whereas the quiche was creamy but the quantity seemed less compared to the cost they charged.Overall, they have some good pastry options but it's on the expensive side. Definitely worth a try once!

I hate to leave a bad review but I have to. I ordered a small gender reveal cake and was very disappointed. The writing on the cake was crammed on one thin line. I didn’t want to complain. The girl behind the counter packaged it for me and I left. When I got home I opened it and all the words were smeared on to the top of the box and the date was completely unrecognizable. My husband asked me why they would package such a tall cake into a tiny box. I couldn't understand why. I was going to return it but my husband said no. We cut into it.. it was completely dry. We threw it out. I was SO disappointed. We will be getting a gender reveal cake from another bakery for our announcement.

Peanut butter and chocolate pie is salty in a good good way! And the cheesecake was phenomenal with a biscoff crust.

One of the worst hot Chocolate I ever had. It could be definitely better.

I wish I could give MORE stars. RUN to this bakery for your next event, our attendees still tell me that they dream about the chocolate cake that we ordered from Cocoa Bakery. (Not to mention that Will at the counter was so sweet and helpful). Excited for future events so that we can continue to support this incredible establishment.

Amazing, tasty treats at Cocoa Bakery! Loved the truffles so much. I recently decided to order a semi-custom cake for my birthday and it was just perfect. They have great signature cake designs for reasonable prices. The cake tasted just right, even my non-cakeloving friends enjoyed it since it wasn't too sweet. That definitely says a lot. Would definitely recommend this bakery for cake needs and treats!

Love this spot! It's one of the few bakeries that offers plenty of gluten free and vegan options. One of our favorite items are their truffles and peanut butter pie slices. Yum! Prices are reasonable. Expect a wait if you have a customer ahead of you as each time I've gone had only 1 person taking orders.

I've ordered many times from cocoa bakery via Grubhub in the past few years. Tho Im not a big cupcake fan but whenever I want cupcake, I only order from Cocoa! Their cupcakes are the best one I've ever had! Highly recommend the chocolate and red velvet cupcakes.

Everything tasted great, not too sweet like treats from other places.
