Staff is rude ice cream was trash. Basically the staff just hate their jobs and they dont wanna work. We came in an hour before they close and still we got our ice cream and paid 30$ just to sit in the street and eat it just cuz they said oh we trying to leave early so we dont want people to sit and clean again. So save the trip and head to Hoboken its way cleaner and way better.

Well, $40 for a small ice cream cake that serves six, no wonder none of the cakes had prices on them. Asked for a happy birthday message to be added in icing, and it looked like a three year old scribbled on top of the cake. If you are going to charge a premium, have trained employees to at least perform a reasonable task. Go to Carvel.

The point system is an absolute scam, every time I go there my points are either 4 points then goes down to 2 back up to 40 points. It makes no sense at all, even the workers say it’s a lie. I’m not going back if this nonsense isn’t fixed.

Two stars for the teenage employees; they were great! My problem is if you are not coherent and aware, this place will rip you off! First, they charged me for two “love its,” and I ordered “like its.” Second, I gave my phone number so I could use my BOGO for my birthday, and the manager or head ice cream person said they didn’t see it, but it was clearly in my app and I showed it to him. Then he tells me that he doesn’t see any coupons and he can only give me $2 off. After claiming the register went down, he asked one of the teenage employees to ring me up. The young man asked for my phone number and pulled up both BOGO offers under my phone number, they magically appeared ??♀️I will NEVER RETURN to this store; it drained everything out of me. Please read your receipts and pay attention, people.

Supposedly you get $5 in rewards for every $50 spent. We have spent hundreds here and never get ANY rewards. They always ask me for my phone number so they can apply them and I give it to them - but theres still NEVER any rewarde so now I feel scammed and don't like that I keep giving out my phone number to strangers. One employee suggested I get the app and I did but the company doesn't seem to recognize this location on the app - like its not a real Cold Stine Creamery. Another employee suggested that rewards point are only good for 3 days. I give up. There's a great old fashioned Dairy Queen by me so that will work. Beware of this scam
