Need better service

I went this Saturday late around 9 ish, this Asian boy that didn’t have his name tag on or apron or hair net was yelling at his coworkers about how the owner can’t trust them and can only trust him, making it seem like these people have done wrong doings, he kept bossing the girl around to do multiple tasks, while the orange hair boy was just walking around. First off the Asian boy who mad a scene wasn’t sanitary at all, the girl looked stressed out by everything and the third worker wasn’t even helping. Please figure this out away from the customers, without the costumers having to hear about it.

Made me the wrong cake and manager refused to give me a refund. I will never order from here again. Store kept giving me the run around saying they will call me back , took a full week to call back just so an associate can say the manager will not refund me.

The girl that prepared our order was messy and did not clean the station well before and after service. The paddles were contaminated with some red syrup when she was scooping for another customer (vanilla ice cream). The paddles she used for mine has alot of brownie crumbs when she scooped the sweet cream for my order. My ice cream tasted fruity when I started eating at home. What happens if someone is allergic to other things they did not order? But I guess 3 stars is okay because at least she wasn't rude but not smiling either, which is fine. And we go here alot. I think her name tag said Caroline.

I love cold stone. Everything is fine with the asian guy serving the customer. Until another employee (Rose) comes out from the back. She's rude and you can actually feel that she's tired. I also worked at a fast food restaurant and I understand that it is tiring most of the time, but she should compose her self before going out on the floor and start serving. She is dealing with customer who are probably came out of their tiring work too and having her as a service crew doesn't help our appetite. I lost my cravings and let my friends order instead.

I placed an order 2 hours before they closed, the app says my order was picked up . A hour and 20 minutes later I still haven’t gotten my order. I tried to cancel my order on the coldstone app but it wouldn’t let me, I had to call the store. The lady who answered clearly didn’t understand that I have not gotten my order and that I ordered from the app which I mentioned multiple times. She kept asking my which app I placed the order from , was it uber eats or doordash. Like lady idk who is delivering the order but I placed it through coldstone. She asks for my name and says she could not find the order, then asks for my number and places me on hold and then hangs up. I called back and was sent to voicemail. Poor management and poor customer service smh

Cold stone is the best! I had an issue one time and after telling it to the manager she told me to come back and give it another try. Aiden helped us out and provided amazing customer service. Thank you so much!

This appears to be three establishments in one location. Cold Stone creamery, Blimpie and great steak. Came here for a cheesesteak @ Great Steak. I received excellent friendly service and the sandwich was quite good. As I sit here eating, I am observing all of the workers and I have to say I am beyond impressed with their work ethic. I have been here for about half an hour, and the four young workers have not stopped moving or working the entire time. Nobody has picked up their cell phone to look at Social Media or send a text which is amazing these days. They professionally greet everybody who enters the establishment, but not in an obnoxious way. I own a small business and I know how hard it is these days to find people like this. Owner - You’ve got some great employees here!

The service crew named Jerard was very rude and intentionally moving too slow to keep us waiting for our order. This is the 2nd time we experienced it with the same person. The ice cream was great but the service is worst.

Despite the late hour, he took his time to help me decide what I wanted from the large selection of Cold Stone treats. It was my first time experiencing Cold Stone, and it was great thanks to Jayden's assistance.
