Came here for a networking event and they had a great selection of different drinks that are made right in the distillery. Would highly recommend it for an event or just a chill night with friends.
We got a tour of the distillery, our guide was knowledgeable and fun! We got to taste test some gin. We hosted a party here and the women was super nice! I wish it wasn’t raining so we could go outside! Bathrooms were well kept! A little hard to find using google maps. The entrance is before the train tracks- there is a sign. You can also use the Amazon parking area as well.
I came here mostly as a treat for my boyfriend since he’s more of a whiskey, gin, etc. person. He enjoyed the flights and I enjoyed my drink as well. The staff was friendly too. If you’re someone wanting to learn and try these kind of drinks, definitely recommend!
Love it here! Really nice atmosphere (both inside & outside), delicious cocktails, great service.
An amazing distillery in Jerseu City. Their Gin is great with variety of options. Ambience is pretty good. And if you go during winter months on Thursday, pretty much no crowd. I thought it was an abandoned building, but so happy to discover it. Try it out.
Amazing find. Definately has the wow factor when you walk through the door. The staff are friendly, welcoming and knowlegeable about the gin. Would recommend whether your a gin lover or not....
This place is amazingAfter a hot day of walking around we decided to check this place outNew to town we wanted to try this spot by our new apartment.... a little off the beaten path we were pleasantly surprised when we rounded the corner and saw a little market going on in the yard out front. Clothes, candles, records!, dog bow ties and a few other booths of local vendors.Cool vibe little pleanty of people and dogs we knew this was gonna be our new weekend spotWent inside to a swanky lounge with windows looking into the distillery..... love it in here....Amazingly delicious drinks with a huge variety of gin which made my girl SO happy. We even got 2 bottles to take home!!Old fashioned was delicious, not too sweet. .Everyone was so friendly staff and customers pleasant to chat with and welcoming ....DJ started playing half way into us being there which was fun apparently they have bands and events pretty often cant wait to come backThere was 1 food truck that ran out of some stuff pretty early would love to see a few different options of food trucks there simultaneously but that might just have been my drunchies talking haha
Liberty old fashion was great! Mexican food truck looked amazing will try next time!
Great vibe, delicious cocktails and fabulous service. Sara, the host bartender was a superb mixologist, answered questions about the distillery and made everyone feel very comfortable. Had so much fun at Drag Bingo with Harmonica Sunbeam! Will definitely go back.
A relaxing place for a solo sip or community gathering. Great customer service.

Good place in an unusual location.
Had nice time celebrating my birthday at Outspoken: A Mental Health Open Mic Night. The host was a sweet guy.We were visiting for the first from Cleveland,Ohio. The drinks at Corgi were phenomenal and reasonable. If you want a sweet drink ask for a "Shauna." The bartender made this specialty drink for me.
I am sorry I didn’t write sooner but I took awhile gathering my thoughts. I had my son’s rehearsal dinner here at the distillery in Sept ‘21 and it could not have been any more perfect. Sara Healey, the manager was warm and professional and made this night perfect. She was so easy to deal with as was all the staff. One price to rent the whole place for the evening was extremely reasonable including open bar for 3 hours. Sara coordinated everything including major help with setting up for 50 people. She used her own votive candles and even got some men from the distillery to help reorganize the furniture. We set everything up to our liking and when we arrived after the church rehearsal the place was lit with candlelight and the food we ordered from Cafe Bello in Bayonne was all set up - something we were supposed to be there for but couldn’t get an Uber there in time. The place looked beautiful!! The cocktail menus were printed with the couple’s names and were posted about the rooms. Guests mingled all evening as there were tables and seating arranged throughout all the different rooms. People enjoyed getting to know each other in preparation of the wedding. This was so different from just plopping down at a table in a restaurant. The atmosphere was so convivial and fun. The staff was so attentive. And Sara made sure there were enough bartenders. No one waited for a drink. They even had a bar set up for tastings! The guests had a ball ordering all different unique cocktails from their menu. Everyone said it was the best rehearsal dinner they had ever been to!I also highly recommend the catering from Cafe Bello. The food was excellent Authentic Italian food. I was so carried away and elated by the whole evening that I left without even offering to clean up which to this day bothers me. Sara and her staff went above and beyond at every turn! There is absolutely nothing I can say could have been done better. The night was perfection! I will be back to schedule future events for sure. Thank you again, Sara and thank you to your staff! Amazing night I will never forget.
Great experience… Learned a lot about Gin and had fun making our own.
Enjoyed the array of gins here especially. The cocktails were seasonal and I enjoyed what I chose. There was a comedy show/open mic happening that night, as well. We had to ultimately drive there to meet family as public transit wasn’t an easy route and walking there would not be easy (no sidewalks or ample light). Not knocking a point off for that, it is the area, but warning any transit enthusiasts.
