Iâve been a customer for years, but after my last visit, I wonât be coming back. I found hair in my nachos and saw mice running aroundâcompletely disgusting. The so-called âkitchen,â which is just a small section of the bar, looks filthy. When I raised these issues with the bartender, I got nothing but attitude. This place has seriously gone downhill. If you want to keep customers, clean up your act, fix the mice problem, and get staff who care about basic hygiene and customer service. Unacceptable.

Great place for food & watching a game! Iâve been coming here since 2014, recently I was eating there & notice they change the bread on the burgers & crispy sandwiches. I HATE IT! Like bread from a corner store bodega! Please go bad to Original!

Just had a few beers here. The Guinness draught was fine, but the Pabst on tap was terrible and very sweet tasting. I'm usually a fan of a nice cold PBR, but it just didn't taste like it.

Just went to Corkscrew for the first time, typical neighborhood spot but the service will keep me coming back! The kindness from the bartender (Allison I think her name was) was SO above and beyond. Sheâs so friendly and made you feel like a regular from the onset. The food was great and they had PBR on tap, but Iâll definitely be going back because of the fun atmosphere and service provided by the staff. HIGHLY recommend

Iâve been coming here for years and the staff has gone the drain. My husband and I came 5 minutes early before opening. We said weâd just wait outside. The bartender mumbled to the other dude setting up under her breath about us while giving a side glare at us. Seems like itâs the same recurring bartender btw with really poor customer service. We left because we didnât want to give anyone our money after being treated so poorly. Next time just a yes no worries, can you please wait outside would work. We walked in because the TVs were on and we saw motion with the door opening & closing. Btw with the new breakfast hours you might get more people coming in 5 minutes early. Sorry for the inconvenience. We wonât be coming back but seems thatâs not a worry since 3 or more people said similar things about her the past four months.

How do I even explain this. Passive-aggressive nonsense is all I can say. Clearly this place is popular. Good for a beer and watching sports. I have been in the area for years but never stopped in. It should have stayed that way. Our waitress seemed new and they were short-staffed for the volume. All good by me. I waited tables for 10 years. I get it. I ordered nachos. They came out room temp. When they came back the second time they were even less warm. So I asked to take them off the bill as anyone would. A little while later the bartender stopped by another table and asked as loud as possible if their nachos were cold and asked about their nachos multiple times. The guys at the table were like âwhy are you asking?â The bartender said âI will explain later.â Huh!!??? Who in the hell cares enough to have a conversation about my cold nachos?? Who is walking around trying to start something about nachos? Anyway, things escalated from there as we tried to get our check. I finally asked the bartender if she was offended that we didnât want to eat their cold nachos and she said she took them off the bill and thought we would be happy. Sheâs loud, rude and lost this already hesitant customer.
