We stopped in after a show late on a Tuesday. The bartender was very welcoming, explained the menu well, and made awesome drinks. Other folks seemed to be regulars based on their interactions with each other and staff. Decor is a mix of sports bar and dive bar. We weren't expecting the spicy veggie quesadilla to have buffalo sauce--a very midwestern touch

Service is absolutely horrible. Bar tenders w/ very poor attitudes, negative energy, and CUNTS. Stood at the bar waiting for the bar tender to take my order while listening to her go on a tirade with vulgar language for no reason at all. I also think there's an element of racism considering the cunt just totally ignored me. Will never go back.

From moment I got in and looked at the beer selection I was hooked and the great service being able to communicate with the manager as if he was just one of the workers amazing. Food was phenomenal normally I don't eat burgers but their burger was exceptional. Definitely a great vibe, cozy setup, "I'll be back"!
We stopped in to watch our Baltimore Ravens crush the LA Rams last week. Allison was very attentive and friendly and made sure we were never thirsty despite how busy it was for the games. They only have a large handful of TVs but they offer any NFL game as they have the package. So arrive accordingly. Definitely coming here when we are in town for games. Food offers more to be desired but typical bar fare.

They are always criminally understaffed and it's a dive bar. I've had to trick people into trying it. That said, the food is some of the best in jersey city. Their pizza is on a frozen crust and I still think it's probably top 10 pizzas in the city. Their burgers are where they shine. Absolutely excellent. It's why I can say the service is no good and it's kinda dingy and still say 5 stars. The food is just that good.
