My fiance and I used to go to Cosi in Morristown and Secaucus. Their Chicken TBM and Turkey Light was our go to!! Both locations closed so after 4 years I FINALLY did some research and found Jersey City location. We ordered a catering lunch basket with 5 sandwiches "deconstructed". OMG NOT A THING CHANGED!! It was pricey...$30 delivery charge and a $20 tip...but as a treat.....OMG!!! I wish there were more locations in Northern NJ. BEST sandwiches and bread!!
Once, I consistently awarded this place a perfect 5/5 star rating for its bagels, particularly praising the jalapeño squagles. It became a daily habit for me to pick up a jalapeño bagel here before heading to work. However, recently, I've noticed a decline in the quality of the bagels. They no longer taste as fresh, seeming more like reheated frozen bagels. Moreover, the prices have seen a significant increase. On a positive note, the staff's service has greatly improved, being notably warm and welcoming.

Great option for fast group order! Their Signature Salad for 10 people was beautifully arranged. And even better was the service. The mgr, Bri, called me to see if I wanted it delivered; and when I actually got there she offered to give me warm bread!! Awesome experience!

What rude customer service! Place wasn't even busy. While I was ordering, she rolled her eyes as if I had made a mistake being there. I asked for the bagel to be toasted twice, and she acknowledged it, but she gave it to me cold. The moment I mentioned I wanted it toasted without saying a word, she threw the sandwich in the trash in-front of me and made another one. First of all, I don’t like wasting food and secondly, you could have just told me once that you didn't hear it, and I would have taken the one you already made.This is next to my office, and I go there very often for breakfast, this is not the first time I have seen them doing this with customers.
The food was very good, nothing spectacular. Simple tasty egg sandwich. The $2 Latte with a Breakfast sandwich was a great deal. I got a Latte with oat milk and two pumps of hazelnut, very good. Perfect temperature. The service did their job well, didn't seem overly happy to be there. The atmosphere was clean, quiet, and nice!

Dear Cosi Jersey City,I finally made it over here from Manhattan to redeem this FREE sandwich offer (app)!!! I miss Cosi since they are no longer in NYC. ? I specifically take The Path train just to order here. I love the Signature Salad since I moved to NYC from MN back in August 23, 2003.I met Brianne, Greg, and Selinas today. They were all so friendly, personable, and most importantly, professional.Thanks again!Vegetarian options: There’s so many healthy options for every dietary standard.

I discovered this place on the last day of my stay in Jersey City. I loved the TBM sandwich and ordered another one. A very tasty breakfast to start the day! A must-visit for breakfast if you’re around the area.
