I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit. We ordered a hot chocolate, and the staff didn’t secure the lid properly. As soon as my father picked it up, the lid popped off and the hot chocolate spilled all over his hand, leaving him with a painful burn. This was completely avoidable and showed a lack of care when handling hot beverages. What made the situation even worse is that when we called the shop afterward to let them know what happened, they didn’t even apologize. There was no concern, no accountability—nothing. This experience was unsafe and unprofessional. We will not be returning, and I sincerely hope they improve their training and customer service so no one else gets hurt.

The drinks are some of the most delicious drinks I’ve ever had. I order from this place often but today I decided to try one of their breakfast specials.. tell me why this is the best breakfast I have ever ordered from Ubereats? With dedicated breakfast spots, I’ve had trouble finishing the eggs (they get it wrong) and the potatoes. Crepeccino got everything perfect and it’s the only place I’ve ordered delivery breakfast from where I don’t have to force myself to eat the leftovers later. They don’t skimp out on the bacon either. Crepeccino just does everything right haha. New favorite spot. Also the drink I got is called a caramelized banana latte, it’s amazing and the caramel is so pleasant and not overwhelmingly sweet. I would have to order again later to upload pics, the breakfast was wayyy too good to not eat right away.. :)

I was at Crepeccino yesterday with my kids and we had such a wonderful time! The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully made. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. A special thank you to the gentleman who served us—he was so kind, attentive, and made our visit even better. Highly recommend this place, we’ll definitely be coming back

I literally never write a review but this place was so good I had to!! I can’t believe I didn’t know this place existed 5 mins from me. I got a craving for a crepe and it was the thought that got me out of bed this morning. Paulina was so nice and walked me through everything. I got myself a classic crepe and latte. It was the best crepe I have ever had- it was perfectly sweetened where it wasn’t too sweet and it warm and gooey. It made my day!!
