Horrible place if I can give them ZERO STARS I WOULD I CAME AND BOUGHT 3 SHAKES FOR MY KIDS AND THEY END UP CHARGING ME 45 FOR THREE SMALL SHAKES THEY WERE NASTY I CAME HERE FOR YEARS AND THE PRIEVIOUS OWNERS WERE COOL I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPEN AFTER THEY GOT THESE NEW OWNERS EVERYTHING WENT DOWN HILL THIS IS THE LAST TIME I EVER COME HERE AGAIN IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF DONT COME HERE

The fact that this ice cream shop has been here even before I was born in the 90s says a lot about it’s background and goodness of their types of ice cream. Your in the jc heights area please stop by and visit this delicious ice cream spot at Dahlia’s. The kids and family also friends would love it and will continue to go back I promise you that ☺️ we got ourself a small sugar cone with vanilla which cost around $2. Something & I ordered the larger almond chocolate cone with coffee & mint chocolate ????? Last thing ! They have ice cream cakes and personalized ice cream cakes as well!!!

The ice cream is amazing, but this is now the 3rd time that I have come to the establishment thinking it was open based on the Google hours, and it has been closed. Dahlia's needs to do a much better job of communicating when it will be open and closed. Suggest going to a grocery store and getting pints rather than relying on Dahlias.

We tried here so many flavours of icecream like cherry-vanilla, chocolate,mango, strawberry, coffee and all tasted so good and yummy.Mine favourite is cherry -vanilla.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU COME HERE. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!! Do NOT, i repeat do not come here. I ordered the Oreo milkshake. It was so watery milk consistency, way too much milk, not enough of the icecream you can barely taste any Oreo. It literally was a slight bit thicker than water consistency. Basically, It was just milk. The customer service is even worse because I informed the young man and the owner who was a female about how dissatisfying the milkshake was. I literally took 2 sips of this $7 milkshake. She said pay for another one and we can remake it. This was literally THE WORST milkshake I’ve ever had! Like how do you mess up a milkshake? But what bothers most is the disgusting customer service or the lack there of. I will never go here again.

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING TO THIS STORE!!! I honestly love supporting minority-owned establishments but this place is a disgrace. They have the absolute worst ice creams in all of Jersey City. I wasted $7 getting an expensive ice cream. The ice cream is so watery you are better off just drinking water and saving the calories. I WILL NEVER ENTER THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN. If you go here be prepared to waste your hard earned money.

I enjoy the hale outta this spot. Seems like it's been here FORever, I wouldn't know. It's large inside but needs a lot of updating, modernizing and new lighting that makes you wanna enjoy happier shopping, but I excused all that after I bought their homemade stuff on a hot-azz day and ate it on my sofa. I've had the 3some chocolate/strawberry/vanilla packaged ice cream. I've had the vanilla/strawberry packaged ice cream. I've had the mango non-dairy ice cream & pineapple non-dairy ice cream, which confused me, cuz it's more a sorbet than non-dairy ice cream, but hey whatever they call it, it's great. I took off a star cuz it's not a place I would sit in & enjoy my purchases, even pre-COVID, and the service doesn't exist until you get to the counter, even though there is so much space to explore & so many Qs to ask if you want something you can't find. Not even sure what part of the counter to go to with my ice cream to pay, or where to order soft-serve. So they can work on that. But I sent a friend inside to get something cool on a hot day & he came out licking the soft-serve like a lil child; he loved it, said it 'hit the spot'. Yeah it's worth the price. Go get it.
