The superman ice cream was so good
I asked for extra pineapple on banana split but there was no extra and they charged me extra for the pineapple. I ordered before others and got the items after others who came after me. No idea how they are running the business based on people or line or what is the formula or policy to serve when was the first come first serve is taken out. Was it disservice to American people or their own agenda against them.
Gates went down walking towards the window at 10:39pm even though app said 11. Kindly asked for a small vanilla cone but was told the machines were off. This all happened in less than 60 seconds. Grew up going to this location and know that the owner is very nice and accommodating.
They tend to always be sold out on something lol so I stick to just a regular ice cream cone. Delicious

Great service
Every time i go here after 6pm for a blizzard it tastes like bleach. Cant even finish them. Ive asked them to clean the machine before making it and you can see from the window as they wipe it down with WINDEX and a damp cloth thats been sitting there for who knows how long. This is not a new issue, ive tried over and over since summer 24' and get the same result and wasted money. They offer to remake it but that means nothing with the same dirty cloth and strong chemicals.

Haven’t been here in like forever. Now I remember why. When ordering a birthday cake, I’m disappointed. They have been using this dark blue and it makes a mess of everything! What happened to the light blue they use to use? I also think the dark blue taste nasty. Plus they use this stupid dark blue to glue the cake down . So now you have more of this ridiculous dark color on the bottom of the chocolate ice cream. Also I’ve noticed the birthday cakes they are cheap with the chocolate products in the cake and a large amount of on vanilla. Don’t think I’ll be back. To many times with that stupid dark blue color!
