So, this place has pretty good reviews so I tried it for my rainy day birthday meal. Not what I expected for the cost. I ordered burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, poutine, loaded fries, onion rings and fried Oreos. Paid $100. Meat was okay but servings were very tiny and they forgot 2 things in my delivery. Buns for sandwiches are just soft store bought potato buns. I could’ve made the burgers better from home but again, looking at the reviews, I wanted to try. NEVER AGAIN. I’ll stick to Five Guys or YoYo Chicken. Now their burgers are yummy and worth the price.

Staff and management of this location clearly don’t know how to run a business. We got charged for an order that was “CANCELLED” by them after ordering it on their website (we ordered impossible burgers-which they didn’t have). They called us to see if we wanted regular burgers- we declined, and just wanted a refund. Oddly enough, instead of them cancelling the order, we received an “order is ready for pickup” text, which struck us as odd. We were charged for the order and immediately called back, and were reassured we would get the refund in 5 business days. It’s been over a week of getting the run around from different employees, and no one seems to know whats going on. Each day is a new story and excuse. Will be disputing the charge with our bank.

I picked up an order for the first time. It was through ClassPass, so they’re supposed to only prepare your food once you’re there so you can say things like “no pickles”. They made all the food in advance so ended up with a sandwich my partner won’t want to eat. The impossible burger was barely cooked through. The chicken looked terrible. Fries were stale. Everything was soggy or stale or barely warm. Bummer experience.

Gives Five Guys vibes. The prices were good, however, food and service were lacking. Burgers have potential but honestly lacked much flavor in terms of seasoning and the sauce. Fries were decent. Place also tended to favor ubereats and pickup orders. Bunch of us were waiting for our food almost 20mins with not much urgency shown.

I placed a simple order: burger with lettuce, cheddar, and bacon. They forgot the bacon. It’s on the receipt, but not on the burger.
Also the burger looked like it had been sat on - squahsed flat. I did get it by delivery, but the fries were intact, so I don’t see how the delivery giy could’ve done this.
I ordered it on UberEats and this place is serious.. burger is pretty good,but could use some kind of burger sauce. Fries are fire, and the fried Oreos are the best I’ve ever had.
Prices are great and fair, I’ll def be ordering again

Fair Prices and great burgers! We had the regular burger and the veggie one with an impossible patty, both were great. The onion rings were super crunchy and fresh, same for the Cajun Fries. The place itself was clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. Got our food within a couple minutes.
