Called about picking my already paid for order the lady in the phone LAUGHED IM MY FACE and said NO U CANT PICK IT UP WE ARE CLOSED. Never ordering again!!! I placed the order and they refused to let me pick it up even tho on the app it said i can!

It’s Jersey City so there is no real parking & construction taking place right out front the door. I had to double park & put on my hazards. The place was clean. I ordered online and came in to pick-up. I was given my main order but had to ask for everything else I ordered. If I paid for an item ahead of time I shouldn’t have to ask for each item individually to be given to me. All the sauces & drinks are behind the counter so if they don’t give them, you have to ask. When I pick up my order the entire order should be given to me if it’s clearly on the receipt. Food was hot & ready but once I was half way into it I found a long brown hair strand, yuck! There was only two young ppl working 1male/1female. The female kept putting her hands under her shirt and rubbing her hair. They both seemed like they didn’t want to be there. I was annoyed, will not be coming back here. Frustrated.

One of the best places to get pizza. The customer service was wonderful. I didn't know about the menu and the toppings but the cashier Paul helped me with my order. I didn't have to wait too much time for the pizzas. Personally I recommend this place.
