I tried to order using the app, but the app kept giving me an error message so I called. I ordered a thin crust and asked the person "can you make that extra crispy", an option they don't offer online, but they should.
The price was a little higher than the price on the app, but I only order this unhealthy crap about twice a year so I wasn't worried about the few bucks. I was told it would arrive in 20 minutes. Over an hour later I called the store. I was told the driver would arrive in five minutes. 15 minutes later I get a call from a guy who can't speak English. He wouldn't bring it to the door so I had to get dressed and go down and find him.
I got the pizza back to my apartment, opened the box and found a nasty, cold hand tossed pizza. I hate hand tossed pizza from Dominos. I called the store, told them to come get it, and cancel the order. Just checked my credit card and I was charged for both attempts I made using the app and the phone order. So, I paid almost $90 for nothing!
Finally, in this post COVID world, where even McDonald's has found a way to deliver orders that are correct and sealed for sanitary assurance, why can't Dominos deliver a correct order in a timely manor that is sealed so that I know the driver hasn't messed with my pizza. First time I have tried Dominos in over and year and the last time I will try it again. Ever.

Literally live 5 blocks away and always have to wait an hour for one pie that is cold. Never order from here, hit up the Hoboken one. It will be longer but you will actually get food

It was the worst delivery experience I've ever had in my life. I placed an order that should have arrived in 20 minutes on the website, but it took more than 45 minutes. After the delivery person took several trips with my order, the pizza arrived cold and very late. I tried calling the store several times and got no answer. The delivery person was completely inefficient and useless. He even had the nerve to say that he didn't understand me when I started complaining.

I ordered from Domino’s Pizza, and as always, it was an excellent experience! Everything was fresh, and loaded with toppings. The crust was perfectly crispy and the flavors were spot-on. It was ready fast, and the staff were polite and efficient. It’s always great to have a reliable option for food. Highly recommend this Domino’s location!

When we came here there were flies all over the dough ,sauce and MSG. The food wasn’t even good. The crust was hard as soon as we got it and the worker is barely spoke English nor did they use gloves i I’d suggest not going.
