Horrible service and hospitality. They will charge extra for that too. Been there atleast a dozen times in past 1 year and almost 11 times got horrible hospitality and service experience from them. When it comes to quality of food and cost, these people are the worst on Cost to food ROI. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to treated atleast mildly politely when ordering, picking, or being served. Their food truck was good and owner but the lady who runs this place is extremely money minded. Impolite, rude and downright unprofessional.

This restaurant is biased towards certain people. They would screw up the order and then will blame it on you. Really disappointed how they treat their regular customers. Food quality is not that good to bear this kind of behavior

Been here twice now. Tried the dosa (decent) and the masala puri (phenomenal) at Dosa Spot in Newport Mall. The food is exceptional, no doubt — easily 5/5 for taste. However, the cheap plastic cutlery really ruins the experience for me. I wouldn’t return because of that. Everytime I eat here, I feel guilty. Hope they consider switching to better, eco-friendly options.

I just thought dosa spot would be option to have in mall considering all restaurants but I regret that. I ordered one masala dosa with vada but dosa is uncooked and vada is nt even mild hot too. Not worth visiting

Great fast and authentic tasting South Indian food! This is a regular stop for us when shopping to take a break and recharge a bit. It’s quite close to what you would get back in India. Excited to try the pav bhaji and pizza dosas. Ps they make a killer filter coffee as well!

The onion chili uttapam was really nice, dosas pretty solid. Idlis semi fresh. All and all a great spot in the mall!

The prices are very reasonable. Menu has good options including various combos. I ordered Tiffin 3, with basically everything. Idli was soft and piping hot, and chutney was superb! Vada was very crispy and on point. Sambar was standard but fresh, and dosa was average, yet enjoyable. I was not a big fan of their upma, nevertheless the kesari bath was on point with pineapple bits, cashews, and ghee fragrance. I will definitely visit again. Its location is convenient, right outside Macy’s on second floor. Service was friendly and quick.
