Ordered a large iced coffee black no sugar. They ran out of iced coffee, rather than bring out another, they half filled the cup with decaf.

WORSE SERVICE EVER! Can’t even drink my coffee in peace inside this establishment, it’s cold outside !!! On top of that, they refuse to let me use the bathroom, literally had an emergency and still couldn’t use the bathroom!!!??? But the lady herself was able to use the bathroom?? Rude Females in that place!! I have a video too

They don't make fresh donuts; they take leftovers from the previous night or say they've been sitting for two days, heat them up in the oven, and sell them to people as if they're fresh and good quality. But the woman in the picture is responsible for that. It's the worst place I've ever been to in my life. There's a woman who works there who claims to be in charge, named Samar. She's the worst woman ever, and she's the one who does it.

This is honestly my last time coming here. I used to be their regular customer. The employees consistently have an attitude and seem angry for no reason.
On one visit, I was almost charged for whipped cream even though I had already paid for it through the app. The very next day, I came in to pick up a large coffee I had already purchased. While they were handing out bags with donuts, I asked if I could get a donut and a bag. The employee told me I had to purchase a coffee despite literally watching me pick up my large coffee moments earlier.
The lack of awareness and unnecessary attitude makes this place unpleasant. Customer service really needs improvement.

Terrible manager. Both me and one other guy ordered via mobile app. After 30 min of waiting, we inquired about our order. Told us it hadn’t been received. We SHOWED her the receipt with the correct address and she still refused to make our order. Ridiculous. If I can prove I paid for it, why not just make it?

Our experience here was unfortunately far from acceptable. I ordered a $6 chai latte without coffee, yet it was served with coffee. One of my colleagues ordered coffee and received tea instead, and another specifically asked for his drink with ice, but it arrived without ice.
As if the repeated mistakes weren’t enough, the customer service was extremely poor. The staff member attending us raised her voice and treated us with a level of rudeness that made the entire visit very uncomfortable. No customer should be spoken to like that under any circumstances.
Overall, the service was unprofessional and disappointing. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues so other customers don’t go through the same experience.

The young boy working the counter gave me my donut without wearing any gloves. Not a glove in sight. That’s it. That’s all. Gross.
The lady who works there is really rude. She doesn't respect the customer even I saw. She makes a problem with delivery. She fainted on a receptionist. When I went to the counter to see if my food was ready, she had an aggressive attitude.

I observed unacceptable behavior from the manager. She addressed customers in an aggressive and disrespectful tone, without any politeness. This attitude degrades the image of the restaurant and completely spoils the customer experience. Measures must be taken to restore dignified and respectful service.

This morning I had gone to this restaurant, the woman who works in this she directly accused me of disrespect, she told me that out here I don't give this order, to you I ask her for what reason that you don't give me, she told me today you came 2 times here, I told her no it's not me first time I came here, give me an order she refused to give me, I called Dordash to explain the case, and then Dordash call directly to the restaurant, she told me that I don't hang up Dordash's call, besides it's not me for the first time even before she made a deliverer, she treats us with bad intentions, respect not if order is ready even she talks about this not ready, she disrespects us, she refuses to give a certain order, and then she gives to this customer or to what she knows, here is her photo she works in this restaurant.
The woman who works at this restaurant does not respect customers, even if we are not given an order, she is disrespectful to us.
I just left this place and the lady that work there is mad rude she was blacking out on a door dasher guy because he made mistake and grab the wrong order. So when I went to counter to see if my food ready she had a attitude said why u over here check there to see if your food there she said it so aggressive .She black on the door dash guy so that's why I ask before I went over there and she still black out on me. Yelling at me just because I ask her question. Going to call corporate if I don't get a response to a manager that work at this location. She's a Indian lady 9-22-25 at 9:30
