This morning I had gone to this restaurant, the woman who works in this she directly accused me of disrespect, she told me that out here I don't give this order, to you I ask her for what reason that you don't give me, she told me today you came 2 times here, I told her no it's not me first time I came here, give me an order she refused to give me, I called Dordash to explain the case, and then Dordash call directly to the restaurant, she told me that I don't hang up Dordash's call, besides it's not me for the first time even before she made a deliverer, she treats us with bad intentions, respect not if order is ready even she talks about this not ready, she disrespects us, she refuses to give a certain order, and then she gives to this customer or to what she knows, here is her photo she works in this restaurant.

I just left this place and the lady that work there is mad rude she was blacking out on a door dasher guy because he made mistake and grab the wrong order. So when I went to counter to see if my food ready she had a attitude said why u over here check there to see if your food there she said it so aggressive .She black on the door dash guy so that's why I ask before I went over there and she still black out on me. Yelling at me just because I ask her question. Going to call corporate if I don't get a response to a manager that work at this location. She's a Indian lady 9-22-25 at 9:30

I dont normally feel inclined to write reviews but this might be one of the worst dunkins in America. The foreign lady that works (not sure if she's a manager or owns it or what) is insanely rude. One time experience maybe bad luck but I've been here 5 times and each time she is the most miserable person on the planet. Never coming here again and urge everyone to stay away.
She also skimps on your order like it's her fathers business. Ordered medium coffee with caramel and cream. She overrides and puts 1 serving of each when the default is 3.

Services are nonexistent. Rude people works there. When my colleague told me don’t order from this DD I didn’t believe it, how bad could it be, right? Absolutely the worst customer service. They talk to you like you owed them something. The rude lady likes to use the word WHAT and NO. I WILL NEVER GOTO THIS DD AGAIN. BIG 0

I had one of the worst experiences at this Dunkin. The manager’s attitude is honestly one of the nastiest I’ve ever seen. I usually order a frozen coffee, and since it’s not always available, I asked the cashier in advance if it was. They said yes, so I ordered it along with a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant.
When the cashier handed the sticker for my frozen coffee to the manager, she very loudly said, “Are you serious?” and gave a dirty look. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
To make things worse, the employee preparing sandwiches dropped a bag on the floor and instead of throwing it out, she placed it back on the counter, right next to my croissant, which touched the bag. I called it out, because that’s just basic hygiene, and instead of addressing it properly, the manager rushed over with more attitude. When I explained what happened, she dismissed my concern and acted like I was the problem.
This was extremely unsanitary and made me very uncomfortable. Instead of fixing the issue, they carried on as if nothing was wrong. Absolutely unprofessional behavior, and not the way anyone should have to start their day.

The service has gone down significantly over the years. The employees here look very unhappy and it reflects in their service. The manager is usually rude and the ordere take forever. Thank God for the other dunkin that opened up a couple of blocks away.

My co worker picked us up some breakfast, but there was no jelly in the bag. so I walked back to grab a packet. I asked the manager for some jelly and she immediately had an attitude. Told me she doesn’t just give jelly and if I wanted it she would charge me .75 cents. I also explained that my coworker just left from getting breakfast here, but she said she didn’t care and was just overall having an attitude and being rude for no reason. I go to dunkin everyday but I go to the one right by the light rail(which they are awesome). So I asked her may I have her name and she said it’s none of my business. I said ok, that’s fine and walked to the other Dunkin’ where they happily gave me some jelly. Please don’t go here and support this store. From what I see, this is normal for her. There is another Dunkin literally one block away.
