This Dunkin is truly eye-opening. A place where discrimination is alive and well! Here, it seems like customers’ money goes straight into employees’ pockets rather than improving service. During non-busy hours, if you dare ask an extra question, be prepared for a disgusted look and the classic eye-roll. Express any dissatisfaction? Beware – they’ll promptly remind you about the security cameras, roll their eyes, and ‘wish you a nice day’ before boldly telling you to leave. Avoid this place at all costs!

I would give an absolute ZERO FOR THIS PLACE!! Every time you go here the manager has attitude….Your order is rushed, I ordered a Carmel crazed latte and I asked for a small request of extra Carmel and the manager made a huge deal as if I was asking for a lot for her to do. Then when I get the coffee it’s legit Pure MILK…. On top of that she gave attitude when I told her she didn’t put extra Carmel. I asked for extra Carmel she took the drink and legit pretended to put extra Carmel and didn’t even hand me the drink she gave attitude and disregarded my hand and placed it all the way on the counter. I was so polite but the manager doesn’t enjoy the job whatsoever basing off the reviews I’d say. Your a paying customer paying for trash service.

The manager is called Samar , here attitude is very very rude and violent towards the customers, that not my opinion only, all my friends had the same experience with her.
Please someone speak to her about this, next time i will call 911 for her,

If I could give zero stars I would. Not professional at all. NOT patient. Would NOT give me bag when I was ordered lots of things. Very aggressive manager and workers. Would not recommend. Every time you go u need to be prepared mentally to hear stuff you don't want to hear. Go to any other close Dunkin Donuts.

I get a $6 iced coffee everyday for a while but when the manager started making it for me everyday she is putting less and less coffee in the cup. I said something after a few days and she corrected the issue but after 2 days she will gradually give me less and less coffee everyday. When I complain about anything she talks about the price of caramel is so high blah blah. Mind you I only ask for 1 pump of caramel. Overall manager has a bad attitude. And I don't lik being shorted when I'm buying expensive coffee. In the picture considering it's a $6 coffee she is shorting me about 1.50 . Tired of dealing with this place I will stop coming here. I will brew my own coffee more and if I can't I'll go to a different location

Honestly, this restaurant is not a place of happiness at all. The staff there are completely unprofessional. They always delay delivery orders. When you place an order through Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub, they don't process it in time. Even the delivery drivers have to wait for more than 30 minutes to an hour, and they don't seem to care. When the delivery orders arrive, the drivers complain that the restaurant staff only focus on direct orders and ignore the app-based ones. Therefore, we shouldn't have to deal with this for free. The restaurant should replace the staff with respectful people who don't discriminate between app orders and direct orders. These workers are completely unprofessional.??
