I arrived at 8:15 PM and it was closed while in the Google listing says 8:30 PM. I showed the lady inside that Google says that from outside window and she said we closed at 8 PM. I came from a long drive just to get my coffee but this was very disappointing. Please adjust your hours on Google because we rely on Google hours to live our life if you don’t know

Just Aweful experience at this store. Prejudice man didn't want to help me out with my mobile order. I showed him my order on the app and he stated that it didn't come over here I don't know how to order and then accusing me that I probably ordered from another store and can't read right. I numerous expressed that I didn't blame him and probably the machine but he still persisted to project his defensive demeanor. NEVER coming here. Man is obviously macho oppressed boy who can't get any questioning from an American or any women 🙄 Well then thank goodness for Starbucks around the corner.

Dunkin used to be my go to place for coffee and breakfast. I used to go almost every other weekday for years, way before they even rebranded the name to drop "Donuts". After moving out of my home town, I found that other locations were always inconsistent or just down right bad with their coffee preparation, so I moved onto new coffee chains.
After a few years without Dunkin, I started going to this location this past year out of convenience. From the beginning, I had no complaints and my coffee and food always came out tasting good and in timely fashion.
Over the summer I finally found myself coming here on a consistent, almost weekly basis, and each time I'm pleased with my experience. This location is really consistent with their iced coffee and breakfast sandwiches.
The staff is always very friendly and when I stop in during non-rush hour traffic, they are attentive. Today was a great example. I stopped in around 10:40am, and I was in no less than a minute before the two woman who were working up front asked me what order number I was there for. They were very clear in communicating that they were working on my order and it would be ready shortly.
Just a shout out to this location. Whatever management is doing here, keep it up

Public bathroom is “out of order” in the whole area went from subway to here, so customers can’t even use the bathroom. I’m sorry if I eat or drink, obviously I need to use the bathroom. It’s so sad the lack of public bathrooms in the United States. Whole fake “out of order” sign.

I bought a grilled cheese sandwich. It was given to me as a melted cheese sandwich between untoasted warm bread. I asked if it could look like the picture, toasted. He said he did toast it, it's toasted on one side. So I flipped it over, it looked exactly the same. I told him it looked exactly the same. He asked me if I wanted another sandwich, I said no I just want you to toast this one. He toasted one side. I ate it It tasted like something inside was freezer burned or stale.

The store is clean and the staff is very nice, 5 stars for the staff. Unfortunately the cold brew with french vanilla was terrible and I threw most of it out. It seems that the cold brew is now made off site instead of in the store and with the French vanilla results in a coffee taste that is very artificial and still bitter.

Waiting in line and doesn’t seem like they know what they’re doing. Sometimes nobody approaches you so you’re waiting for awhile while they stand around. It smells like underarms as if they don’t shower.

This is the worst location ever. I don’t if management has changed but they need to do a better job. There were these two sweet twins that used to work there and they moved fast and accurate with each order for customers. I went to this location yesterday and the new staff was extenemly slow. Also, I noticed that their was no diversity of employee working behind the counter. I started coming to this location last year of Nov and the staff was amazing. Whoever reads this message you need to do a better job. Why are all the muffins extremely small I understand it’s an inflation going on but seriously $2.49 for a small muffin it is ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stop at this location the service is horrible. All of D&D have renovated bunch of locations but what about the services and the quality of the food.

I’ve complained several times about getting the order right and yet it still seems to happen. Maybe a low review will help ensure that future orders are made correctly. And yes if I order a latte I want that, not a coffee with milk. They taste very different.Avoid this Dunkin unless you don’t mind a surprise breakfast.
Better Food Better Mood
Always tasty donuts and drinks. The Indian uncle was nice and patient, he even threw in an extra donut. Gotta love having Dunkin nearby and for fueling my sweets and caffeine addiction~

Small Dunkin by exchange place that serves coffee, munchkins and the donuts. They are pretty quick at filling up boxes of joes, i'm big fan of donuts and they do have mostly all varieties and breakfast sandwitches.Lady working in the store doesn’t speak English well but was able to fill up my order quickly.Street parking only
