This location (and other one) are two DD near my office so I usually I pre-ordered breakfast as soon as I get off the train so when I reach there I have it ready for pick up and go. I picked this particular location 3-4 times on different days.
Every single time, I reached there only to be told they don’t have my item (a bagel, or a croissant..) in stock.
I mean why! How can it happen every single time! I am off this location and will go to other side of street for my orders.

I put in a mobile order while on the light rail and when I arrived my order wasn't ready. The place wasn't even crowded, there was just one other person waiting to order while all the workers were in the back chatting among themselves. Finally one worker came out and took the order of the customer that was waiting while the other workers stayed in the back. Another few minutes goes by and the worker finally makes my coffee order, however she made it wrong so I ended up tossing it. I'll never go there again.

An absolute joke, employees can't even remember your order. Then they give you half your order and start making someone else's while you wait . The. When you ask why they're making someone else's instead they stare at you like a deer in headlights. Would give zero stars if I could and the coffee tastes old definitely not freshly made

I ordered hash browns and an iced pumpkin shaken espresso. The hash browns were old and stale. My drink wasn’t a shaken espresso at all. She didn’t mix the syrup so my first sip was pure syrup. She also didn’t shake it or do anything special besides pump syrup and pour milk. Don’t come to this Dunkin. A waste of $8 for nasty hash browns and a mega sweet pumpkin iced coffee that was supposed to be a shaken espresso. Go anywhere else.

Very nice staff and super fast service. Usually have no issues whatsoever. They are marvelous! They go out of the way to help the customers. The location is very busy but they usually get my order correct. Its also very clean.
.5 stars is my accurate rating. I pass many Dunkins on my daily commute and choose this one only because it's the one closet to my job but after today I will have to stop supporting this location. Prejudice workers that ignore certain types of customers. I happen to never use the app to order or the system, I like to speak to the cashier for that reason they pretty much ignore me for 5-7 min every morning even though I greet then and ask for assistance. I get no response and finally when the manager woman comes to take my order she rushes me through the entire process.

I arrived at 8:15 PM and it was closed while in the Google listing says 8:30 PM. I showed the lady inside that Google says that from outside window and she said we closed at 8 PM. I came from a long drive just to get my coffee but this was very disappointing. Please adjust your hours on Google because we rely on Google hours to live our life if you don’t know

Just Aweful experience at this store. Prejudice man didn't want to help me out with my mobile order. I showed him my order on the app and he stated that it didn't come over here I don't know how to order and then accusing me that I probably ordered from another store and can't read right. I numerous expressed that I didn't blame him and probably the machine but he still persisted to project his defensive demeanor. NEVER coming here. Man is obviously macho oppressed boy who can't get any questioning from an American or any women 🙄 Well then thank goodness for Starbucks around the corner.

Dunkin used to be my go to place for coffee and breakfast. I used to go almost every other weekday for years, way before they even rebranded the name to drop "Donuts". After moving out of my home town, I found that other locations were always inconsistent or just down right bad with their coffee preparation, so I moved onto new coffee chains.
After a few years without Dunkin, I started going to this location this past year out of convenience. From the beginning, I had no complaints and my coffee and food always came out tasting good and in timely fashion.
Over the summer I finally found myself coming here on a consistent, almost weekly basis, and each time I'm pleased with my experience. This location is really consistent with their iced coffee and breakfast sandwiches.
The staff is always very friendly and when I stop in during non-rush hour traffic, they are attentive. Today was a great example. I stopped in around 10:40am, and I was in no less than a minute before the two woman who were working up front asked me what order number I was there for. They were very clear in communicating that they were working on my order and it would be ready shortly.
Just a shout out to this location. Whatever management is doing here, keep it up
