On Sept. 25 around 3 pm, an elderly man fell inside the store, and the employees did NOTHING, not even call 911 after several customers begged them to. Customers had to step in while the staff just stood there. Absolutely disgraceful and heartless. This place doesn’t deserve a single customer if they can’t help people when they need it most!

I took my order today around 2 o clock there was 2 guys working There was no sense of customer service no greeting, no thank you, not even basic courtesy. The store wasn’t busy, so there was no excuse for the carelessness and disrespect. If this is how they treat customers, they shouldn’t be working in a customer-facing role. Completely disappointed. I will never order from this store again

The guy said he was closing in 5min which is 8:30PM but the store closes and 9PM. Chasing away customers. Unfortunate..need more people that want to do the job.

The snackin bacon was horrible undercooked and didn’t even have the Brown Sugar on it not to mention they charged way more than any other Dunkin and when mentioned the worker didn’t acknowledge me

They just let the homeless hang out everywhere in this place. It’s terrible inside and out. They’re OK with it. Lord knows what the bathrooms look like.
I've been coming here for a while, I don't know about the other reviews but when I go in I feel welcomed and one of the employees had my back today. Very small gesture but he didn't have to. It did my heart so good I felt like I should write this review.

The Health Department needs to visit this establishment ASAP. This place is very unsanitary to the core. Roaches crawl all over the doughnuts and bagels. Roaches crawl all over their machines. The food service area is disgusting and full of roaches. There’s food left out uncovered and flies all in the food trays and bins. I have never seen a filthy hazardous food establishment until I came in here tonight for coffee which I DID NOT BUY AND WALKED OUT. Behind the counter, it is a disgrace. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. Health Department needs to be called!
