The snackin bacon was horrible undercooked and didn’t even have the Brown Sugar on it not to mention they charged way more than any other Dunkin and when mentioned the worker didn’t acknowledge me

I've been coming here for a while, I don't know about the other reviews but when I go in I feel welcomed and one of the employees had my back today. Very small gesture but he didn't have to. It did my heart so good I felt like I should write this review.

The Health Department needs to visit this establishment ASAP. This place is very unsanitary to the core. Roaches crawl all over the doughnuts and bagels. Roaches crawl all over their machines. The food service area is disgusting and full of roaches. There’s food left out uncovered and flies all in the food trays and bins. I have never seen a filthy hazardous food establishment until I came in here tonight for coffee which I DID NOT BUY AND WALKED OUT. Behind the counter, it is a disgrace. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. Health Department needs to be called!

I needed to grab a bite before a long walk and a few stops, so I decided to stop here. I ordered a latte, a bagel w/cream cheese and a donut for later. Service was quick, my order was accurate and my food was good. There were a few people seated there, and more were coming in due to construction workers being in the area (as usual in JCY), but there was a seat available. I sat and ate in peace, browsed on my phone for a few mins, and was on my way.

I remember my horrible experience in this store. Kind of a hangout for homeless and teens. Workers clowning around. Babies and mothers screaming. . Dirty at the time I was there. A real neighborhood experience. If you have to use bathroom it's ok.

Very poor service waited 5 min to order, with nobody in front of me while the guys were chatting! They just don't care.Store is not very clean...Bathroom is locked they just won't let customers use it!Go elsewhere
