Person at the drive-thru in the early morning hours is terrible. Yells at people if they place a mobile order and arrive "too early". Saw him do this to two customers ahead of me and also he did it to me.

My oat latte was perfect! The worker was extremely friendly and helpful with telling me all the vegetarian options! Very fresh food and wonderful service with a smile!
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp, but the door you need to push open yourself, which can be heavey. But staff are supper friendly they opened the door for me when I waved to them that I needed help.

Why the plain bagels are never fresh? Every time I am ordering I make sure I say give me a fresh bagel but I still get some hard bagel and it's never toasted well it's like they microwave the bagel and its always greasy like they toast the bagel on top of a dirty greasy tray

Overnight staff is HORRIBLE. It’s always an excuse when I come around the SAME time almost everyday. It’s always “I’m on break” or when I’m placing an online order AHEAD of time nothing ever seems to be ready . Do better

Do yourself a favor and do not go here. Workers are very rude and they don’t know what they are doing. I got a sandwich and they did not even heat it up it was ice-cold. He also charged me 3 times the amount for some reason he thought I ordered 3 sandwiches. I repeat myself I only wanted one but he still proceeded to charge me.

Just wanted to say thank you to the kind and thoughtful staff who quickly jumped into action yesterday after my wife was struck in the head by a golf ball. The DD staff gave me necessary ice as my wife waited in the ER across the street for several hours without receiving ice (note the ER will not treat your symptoms while you’re waiting to see a doctor, so no free ice in the waiting room!)
