Rude didn't get my order right and when I asked could they remake it the guy scoffed and said it is made right will never go here again

Prefer the drive thru . For faster service at the location. Inside though is nice. It's almost always clean however on rare occasions if firing the busy peaks during any day or night it might just take more time than normally for the guest areas to be attended and restored to readiness status the staff is friendly and polite but the service due to the small size of the service areas and limited working space behind the service counter slows the service down a bit due to no faults of the service staff but rather to a very small Dunkin location and restricted ltd working flow space behind the counter. I give a five star rating. This is to myself personally one of the rare locations that I've not gotten believedly sick after I've eaten food from . The staff is great. Here. It's the company's faults that the staff can not achieve for their location to receive many of the five star reviews i feel the staff deserves . Perhaps in the near future the Dunkin co. Would consider enlarging and remodeling this busy location . A seating area outdoors would be a great thing to update this location if included in any future renovations. Thank you to the staff for being so great and deserving of a five star review even though the circumstances of the location are limiting all potential for better. Y'all have my appreciation and thank you for all y'all do.Wheelchair accessibility: This location is tiny, often busy, limited space with from what I was able to notice there does not seem to be any wheelchair accessibility. And the entrance is right space with manual push pull opening doors to get inside then back out. I would suggest you consider ordering via the drive through and eat in your car . The location is not what I would consider to being handi-accessible at all. And it's now 2024.it should have met the modern days handi-accessible codes years ago and still has not met the most basic of handi-accessible needs. Wt...!?!? ,Duncan Corp.? Complete rebuild and host a grand reopening ASAP please!??

The guy who serves you is rude, he doesn't even know what he sells in his business or I don't know if he is a manager. Friend, this is the United States, if you don't like your job, look for another one, you're not in Pakistan, or India, or wherever you're from. I'm not going back to that business even if it's the last Dunkin donuts on earth.

I have been throwing up and constant stomach pains all morning i will never come here again there was mold on my bagel one bagel had mole on the outside of the bread and another had mold on the inside i didnt realized the second one with the mold on the inside was stale until i bite down on it and tasted how awful it was but i took another bite just to make sure im not tripping then i opened it and saw evidence of mold i dont trust this place because how you just keep going with putting butter on my bread knowing theres mold on it? Were you deliberately trying to poison me?!? Like how oblivious must you be to do that the coffee and refresher were fine but the ice dont add ice to ur drinks here all and all i will not support this location if they cant keep the standard needed to ensure safe food to eat or drinks

So every time that I’ve ordered at this location they always mess up my order. The coffee is always muddy and tastes like pure water. I asked them to remake my drink and somehow they made it worse than it was the first time they gave me my order. I also ordered a toasted sesame seed bagel with extra cream cheese (since they never put enough) and I heard the workers talking about the order and laughing. When I received my order the amount of cream cheese was ridiculous. I had to scoop 3 napkins worth of cream cheese off of the bagel because they put so much just to be funny. Truly disappointed and dissatisfied.

Purchased an everything bagel today with cream cheese when I opened my bagel it looked like they removed move cream cheese completely. The staff is very nice they just don't know how to follow customer orders needless to say I couldn't go back and complain because of morning traffic at local..

Something shady seems to be going on here per the unhygienic food handling , poor employee and customer interaction, that possibly needs inspection by city and authorities - and a possible closure for reorganization.

I'm very unhappy that the Dunkin Donuts on MLK Dr. no longer has the Peach Tea refresher. I love this item and purchased one almost everyday. Please bring this item back. The other refreshers are horrible.

The worst dunkin I’ve been to. The tables and the counter are always dirty, the staff are rude and don’t know what they are selling, the doughnuts are always dry, and good luck getting your drink right. They will argue that you order the wrong thing even if you have your receipt in hand, and they touch everything with the same pair of gloves they serve your food. I literally watched them touch the money from the register and grab the doughnuts for another customer with the same pair of dirty gloves and then when the gentleman ordering said something the server argued “I have gloves on”. Disgusting.
