The manager of the place does not care about any customer. I am sitting inside having breakfast and she called the car towing company and they took my car from the parking lot. Her treatment is not appropriate for the place or the job. She is not suitable for work and out of work

Sign on the counter says 2 donuts for $3 + tax. I got 2 donuts but was charged $4.39. When I asked the guy said that that sign is old and he was very rude. He then went on to say go there is no cash here I can’t give u back. I told him that if that’s how it is I want a refund I don’t want it I did not touch the bag he said no he can’t do. He even said call the cops tell them. I took out my phone to call them he said I can give u another donut is that ok. So I said ok and he did but then he took my receipt when I asked him for it back he said he cannot give me because he gave me the extra donut. Honestly if I was not with my kid I would have called the cops and waited to find out why I cannot get my receipt. Unacceptable behavior and terrible customer service.

I use to come here everyday to get my coffee lately i haven’t been liking how they treat me the older Indian guy that serves always has an attitude wants to make my coffee however he likes doesn’t accept any request puts lost of milk and sugar on my coffee and very little coffee when i asked him to please put more coffee he said no

I went to this place on 10/25/24 at 1:45pm and asked for a $6 meal deal and guess what they gave me a bagel without bacon and said that it is not necessary to put bacon since it is a 6 deal. The lady put half strand of bacon and handed it to me with an attitude. I will never come back.

There was no vanilla with sprinkles (my favourite)but they worked hard to make those donuts and the atmosphere was very clean and good and my friends enjoyed the donuts but they wanted more.
Kid-friendliness: The kids loved the donuts and they wanted some more but mom said "Only one donut per kid.".

Horrible place. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there. People working over there are so rude and in fact they don't even know how to prepare any drink. I don't understand how Dunkin recruits such people.
Horrible customer service! I’m sure this is not what corporate expects of a franchise. They make snarky remarks in their own language. I understood what they were saying about me but I acted like I didn’t understand just to expedite the process. Food was cold and took forever. This location needs retraining or perhaps a better equipped staff with more capacity regarding good customer service and at bare minimum good human beings to say the least. The manager was out of uniform and had nothing to represent that she was an employee. 8/10/2024 @9:00am

2nd time I get helped with an attitude. The guy working on 6/2/24 at around 9:50pm was rude and angry. I didn't like him. Last time, the lady toasted my bagel after I said not toasted, and then there was a hair in my bagle. Not great
