They are scamming people. I ordered hot latte with almond milk. It showed 0.00 when he added the Almond milk but he added another item for 75 cents so when I asked he said it’s for the almond milk. I am getting it from different locations everyday no one charge for the almond milk.

I order a curbsise pickup order and was waiting for almost 20 minutes for my order and when I go inside my order has been there with the ticket that says “Curbside pickup” and there was NO people inside they were chatting when I came inside

The manager of the place does not care about any customer. I am sitting inside having breakfast and she called the car towing company and they took my car from the parking lot. Her treatment is not appropriate for the place or the job. She is not suitable for work and out of work

Sign on the counter says 2 donuts for $3 + tax. I got 2 donuts but was charged $4.39. When I asked the guy said that that sign is old and he was very rude. He then went on to say go there is no cash here I can’t give u back. I told him that if that’s how it is I want a refund I don’t want it I did not touch the bag he said no he can’t do. He even said call the cops tell them. I took out my phone to call them he said I can give u another donut is that ok. So I said ok and he did but then he took my receipt when I asked him for it back he said he cannot give me because he gave me the extra donut. Honestly if I was not with my kid I would have called the cops and waited to find out why I cannot get my receipt. Unacceptable behavior and terrible customer service.
