I want black coffee,they Dave me with milk,I asked again to give me black coffe(i love dunking donuts coffee, very smooth)they gave brown water, I said it was a coffee,after they gave me black hot water without taste of coffee, I shocked 😲

I ordered Coffe on my way to Manhattan. It wasn't my coffe that I wanted. The guy did not listen and gave me the wrong coffee. I had no choice I already drive thru Holland tumel.

I grabbed $6 Dunkin deal on my way to NYC..the iced coffee was really really bitter and I’ve not been feeling well ever since I ate from here. I’m not sure what if it was the iced coffee, croissant or the hash browns, I’m a regular Dunkin customer I’ve never felt this way before.
I asked for a sugar sachet, and he tried to give it to me while he was taking the garbage bags out.

Dunkin can do better. The gentleman in the store is extremely unhygienic & rude, he digged his index finger in his mouth and wiped it on his pants, and served the coffee.

the guy was so rude and unprofessional. he dont know how to do his job. i saw him for 5 minutes. he use garbage bags and dont wash his hands at all. not hygiene this place. he starrs argument with customers. not good outlet at all.
