I have lived around the corner from this dunkin for years been a regular customer. Your customer service has gone down hill. I should not be charge for unsweetened vanilla if ypu have no price on the screen and then charged 12 cents when I ask for one pump. I will never visit the establishment again. Plus I don't get treated like this at other dunkin donuts.

They ran out of the item that I ordered. Only accept something with lower price as substitute and was not able to give refund because manager left. The attitude was mean like I did something wrong to ask for a refund.

Awful customer service. Stated I was a vegetarian, asked for no bacon, received bacon, asked for a new sandwich and was handed the same sandwich back with the bacon removed. I said I was in a rush, didn’t have time for a new sandwich, had to get back to work, and just wanted my $5.49 refund and even though I paid cash, I was denied.

Dear Peter, I wanted to inform you that the Dunkin’ Donuts at 321 Grove Street, Jersey City is the best one I have ever visited. This store is always clean and inviting beyond words. The staff headed by wonderful manager Nieva is efficient and personable. I sometimes go to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Kings Highway in Brooklyn when I get a haircut, but it is not up to the standards of the one at 321 Grove Street. As far as I can tell, every customer is truly happy with the service they receive. Thank you, Richard Catalina
Kid-friendliness: Lots of parents come in with their children who love being inside this store. They all seem happy and contented.

After going here for years I feel compelled to write a review about an experience I had today. After picking up my mobile order of a coffee cake muffin, I realized only after I left the store that the muffin was burnt (hard as a rock). I went back to the store to get a more fresh muffin (which doesn't exists - they're all burnt). When I showed the store clerk the burnt muffin, he took it from me and put it back on the shelf in exchange for a new one! I wasn't wearing gloves. He wasn't wearing gloves. And the muffin that we both touched just goes back on the shelf. Unsanitary is an understatement.
