Terrible service, asked for less ice and got a cup filled 40% with ice and 30% with coffee. Did not cause a scene or asked anything but will not be returning to this establishment. A few places ask me to be charged extra for less ice and I don’t mind that if you fill the rest with milk. But these people just filled it with regular amount of ice and like 12oz of coffee and called it $7.

I was at this location at 11pm and the barista has a worst attitude cant even help the customers and the way she was answering is very rude wont even step back at this location again even though its near to my place

These people have mice running around everywhere. It’s disgusting. The place is dirty as well. ??
The food and coffee are always great at this location. However, during my last visit I was told I needed to pay for a cup of ice that I asked for after I purchased my usual coffee. Which was ridiculous.

The lady thats african american and gray hair i ordered 2 snack bacon and one hash brown and she only put one snacking bacon instead of two they wont process my refund since im not in store they can be very stingy. Sadly i didnt check cause i had to rush back to work.

This is the better of the two DDs in the area. The one on Kennedy and Bowers is so inconsistent and slow.I've only had an issue 3x here over the last 3 years, most of the time an easy fix. I do go outside of rush hour, but even when I have during rush hour, mobile ordering is a breeze.
