Had an issue the last 2 times I've been here . First they gave me the wrong order and I had to go back and replace it and my order was already cold. Then today they didn't give me one of the items in my order ,really don't feel like going back over a donut but yeah I'd go to another Dunkin if possible. Place has shit service

All of the donuts and baked goods are fresh and delicious. The bathroom is pretty gross. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. You need to make a purchase to use the bathroom which is understandable.

I wish i could give a negative rating. I ordered for a chai latte and asked specifically for no sugar. They didnt say anything at first and when i received the order it was beyond sweet and when i asked why js it sweet then the lady with a straight face literally said” coz you ordered chai “ . I never had a chai drink with sweet already added at a store when asked for a non sweet one . Could have said something earlier. I wasted money literally.

Definitely zero stars because of the service. Theres a white lady with a ponytail who raises her voice and talks about customers. I had went to charge my phone but prior to that i ordered something so i wouldn’t just be sitting charging my phone. I asked my sister to connect my phone and in front of everyone she yelled out loud “don’t sit there i put that there for a reason”. My 11 year old sister walked away and just sat there quietly. Honestly she’s lucky I don’t like doing anything in front of my sister, I would’ve acted out right there. I am not sure how many people she’s acted this way with but i am definitely not the one. As we got our order I heard her say to the short chinita “just because one couple sat down now everybody wants to sit”. Such an unprofessional white lady. If you don’t want to work there anymore the door is right there walk out and find somewhere else to go, no one is begging you to stay.

Love this place. I used to visit this place on every evening for a cup of coffee. Tried all their coffees. Impressive. Customer service is friendly expect 2 old lady on the night shift. Even donuts are delicious and mouth watering.

Staff is very rude, carol she is very rude and she is not listening the proper order, I ordered bagle cream cheese extra toasted, she did not toast well also they did not put proper amount of cream cheese also, when I said them to put more cream cheese, it is not come like this. But they did not listing and also said that go yo another Dunkin we always gave like this I will not give you. Whatever you want to do do it. Literally they are very rude.

I just recently went to dunkin and ordered small ice latte I told them to do less ice and extra milk. They didn't give me full cup of coffee. When i pointed out both ladies started arguing with me. Tbh I have worked in dunkin for 3 years that's not how it works. I highly suggest manager or store owner should put them on training again.

Abby and Carol were so helpful with this birthday donut surprise for my daughter. They were accommodating and took my ideas to the next level. The children loved them, and I will be ordering again from them in the future!
They don't seem to understand the meaning of make the coffee very light with milk, had to ask them to add more milk a few times and the employee had a attitude and rolled her 👀's.

I usually go to Dunkin Donuts for a breakfast meal. This place on Central Ave in Jersey City Heights usually have seats to eat-in. The food is usually good because I never had a bad experience there. Their service is always fast and they are friendly when you speak with them. The atmosphere is Dunkin Donuts. No decorations, just a bland fast food as I see it. However, the one at Journal Square in Jersey City seems to have a better atmosphere. Central has a no-no with atmosphere.
Overall, if you want coffee and a quick bite, then go here.
