The lady thats african american and gray hair i ordered 2 snack bacon and one hash brown and she only put one snacking bacon instead of two they wont process my refund since im not in store they can be very stingy. Sadly i didnt check cause i had to rush back to work.

This is the better of the two DDs in the area. The one on Kennedy and Bowers is so inconsistent and slow.I've only had an issue 3x here over the last 3 years, most of the time an easy fix. I do go outside of rush hour, but even when I have during rush hour, mobile ordering is a breeze.

I will never patronize this particular Dunkin’ Donuts. I was faithfully going to this Dunkin’ spending about 8.00 dollars a day. I asked for a bag because it was raining one day just to protect my items and they told me no. So I said okay then I say no to doing business with. I really was over this location the last time when they left paper in my breakfast sandwich. I will not buy from this establishment ever again.

They won’t be having the enough stock. Many times they said the drink I ordered is not available and they say to replace with other drink. When I ask for replacement item which is 10 cents extra they denied. I took what ever they gave as a replacement.I disappointed couple of times.

This place is so unorganized and really slow. The cooks look lost and confused. It shouldn’t take 15+ minutes for a sausage egg and cheese sandwich with an order of hash browns. Not only that but make both items 15 minutes apart. So now I get served a cold sandwich and hot hash browns. This place is a joke. Hire people that know what they’re doing!!!

The workers here are slow and have no leadership. If you place a to-go order on the app, plan to wait 20 minutes. Crazy that this happens every single time.
Reena is super rude and doesn't give a shit about her job or her customers. The store lists itself as opening at 5am; and so here I am, standing outside in the freezing cold, at five past 5, while the store remains locked.I knocked on the window to just indicate that all I wanted to do was get in and that I'd be happy to wait, but she shook her head no and walked away.When the store finally opened (late), I came in and explained that all I wanted was to get out of the cold, and she literally said"Thats not my problem."Yeah, actually it is your problem, jackass. If your store opens at five then you open at five, regardless of the fact that you're the only one there. I understand that you need to load donuts (that will be there all day), and what not, but maybe prioritize the actual customer over something that isn't really all that pressing in that moment.One of the worst consumer experiences of my life. And honestly I couldn't care less about the store opening slightly late; we're all human and it happens. What angered me so much was the appalling lack of consideration or even having basic manners.

We ordered in the morning with a family of 3. When we left and went to eat the food, we took one bite into the wake up wrap, and it really woke up up. SMH. How is there a price of wax paper still inside the sandwich? Who in their right mind is going to serve this to anyone??!! I contacted the store for a real resolution and they offered me coupons for a large coffee! Like seriously ? You can really make people sick from this and your offering a large coffee and coupons ? That’s really sad and ridiculous. Do not eat here at all.
