i don’t typically write reviews but i needed to because of how RUDE these workers were. i came in and ordered ONE wake up wrap and it took forever. on top of that , 2 of the workers started yelling at me ??? very unprofessional and rude. plus i saw them drop the tray and use it again which is nasty!!!

Great choice within Newport Mall. This is the place where you go when inside the mall, you are on a budget, you do not want surprises about your food and do not plan to sit down for long. Explained...it is not worth to go to the mall just for this DK, prices are below the average you will pay in the mall, the food is not great but you knew that before hand and the service is at least ok but they move fast. One thing to really improve: cleaningness (the table's area was unpresentable)

If I could give no star I would... this place is a hot mess... ordered a caramel iced latte and no1 wanted to make it... all three girls looking like they are all mad at each other.. two cleaning around ignoring the line of customers waiting for their food and drinks... unacceptable they took forever, my iced drink was hot and not even an apology... also my cup was not filled properly, waste of money.... NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN.

I was so disappointed with my coffee today. I ordered a hot latte and requested to make it super hot, but when I got it the wasn’t warm enough I asked them to reheat it and they gave me with so much foam. I told them about it and they remade it with so much sugar. I didn’t not understand what was happening. I really needed a good coffee today. It was a classic latte nothing special idk why they did not make it right too! I’m a regular at this dunkin but it was so bad that I might not go again. So disappointing!

I ordered my drink from 30 Mall Dr W, Jersey City, NJ 07310 and when I received the drink I found that the cup was dirty and the employee's hand was dirty and when I spoke to the manager why gloves were not worn he told me that we do not use gloves and I have a video recording

The service here is absolutely pathetic. I placed an order online and they didn’t have the order. They didn’t even give me a refund and the lady working there was absolutely rude. I am supposed to ask customer care for a refund. Waste of time and money for nothing.

So I made a mobile order at 8:00pm and I go to pick up my order its 8:05pm and the place is closed and the lady is cleaning inside. When the place is supposed to close at 8:30pm. I'm trying to tell her I placed an online order thru the glass doors. She looks at me doesnt wanna come to the door so I can ask her how do I get a refund then...that's completely unprofessional especially when the place is supposed to close at 8:30pm...so basically I just got robbed by dunkin donuts

I work close by and patronize this location often, multiple times I order for Snacking Bacon and I'm given regular bacon, how hard is it to get the order right? The meals are not cheap or free, the least you could do is get the order correct.

After purchasing several doughnuts and coffee, the staff in the morning shift on 11/25/23 denied me a plastic bag to carry all the goods. Now I understand why the place is empty most of the time. It’s worth the wait at Starbucks for better food and service!
