So i am sitting here right now. I ordered two machiatoos and one warm milk for my son. They gave me the machiatos but didn’t give me the milk. They started taking new orders. And started giving them . I just asked “ can i have my milk please? There was an indian guy and be said if you don’t have the patience dont order the food. And he was loud and he repeated 3 times. He was very rude and ill mannered. Coffee was cold . I don’t recommend it

For reference: coffee is as hot as boiling water for tea. Tea is expected to be that hot. coffee is NOT!
CLEARLY THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CONTROL THE TEMPERATURE ON THE MILK STEAMER !
Other Dunkin locations make coffee at a safe temperature. THIS ONE DOES NOT!
STAFF NEED TO BE RE-TRAINED! ALL IT TAKES IS ONE CUSTOMER TO ACTUALLY GET BURN FOR A LAWSUIT!

i don’t typically write reviews but i needed to because of how RUDE these workers were. i came in and ordered ONE wake up wrap and it took forever. on top of that , 2 of the workers started yelling at me ??? very unprofessional and rude. plus i saw them drop the tray and use it again which is nasty!!!

Great choice within Newport Mall. This is the place where you go when inside the mall, you are on a budget, you do not want surprises about your food and do not plan to sit down for long. Explained...it is not worth to go to the mall just for this DK, prices are below the average you will pay in the mall, the food is not great but you knew that before hand and the service is at least ok but they move fast. One thing to really improve: cleaningness (the table's area was unpresentable)

If I could give no star I would... this place is a hot mess... ordered a caramel iced latte and no1 wanted to make it... all three girls looking like they are all mad at each other.. two cleaning around ignoring the line of customers waiting for their food and drinks... unacceptable they took forever, my iced drink was hot and not even an apology... also my cup was not filled properly, waste of money.... NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN.
