This morning I went to buy a md hot carmlcrz acronym the oatmilk, I know perfectly well what this drink is like since it is the only thing I drink, one of the workers was eating and drinking coffee in front of the late machine I thought it was very I wonder why this cannot be done to avoid conditions with customer orders and indeed that happened they gave me the coffee from the employee who was eating and drinking in front of the late machine and I realized why when I drank my late using a sorbet I found the residue of what she was eating it was disgusting

Left me sitting at the drive through and then when I pulled up to the window to say something they told me I had to drive around again, however there was a line by that point. I never got food.

They gave me a TWO DAY OLD BAGEL?? normally I come to this location 5 days a week, but during the week. Always great food and service during the week so I figured I’d go through the drive thru this weekend bc I was pressed for time, HUGE MISTAKE! It was the worst decision I could’ve made. Literally a two day old bagel, no napkins and the guy by the window was chewing food. I know times are tough but to feed your customers OLD FOOD is really bad. So disappointed. How disgusting.

I absolutely love Dunkin' Donuts! Every time I visit one of their locations, I am always greeted with a friendly smile and excellent customer service. I get coffee at dunkin donuts every morning. The only time it’s bad is when it’s from this location. Dunkin should honestly just pull this franchise, it’s embarrassing. Every time I go here something is wrong. Sometimes no sugar, sometimes no creamer, sometimes neither. When you go in to say “hey this tastes weird i don't think there’s any sugar in here” they tell you “you should know how to order your coffee.” I do, ma’am. In fact I order the same order at every single dunkin donuts in the world and it only tastes like toilet water when I go to this location so is my order really the problem? Yesterday I sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no one taking my order before going inside and seeing the headset lady chatting in a circle with her friends. I’m not sure why I’ve given them so many chances but today was the last straw. I am so tired of paying $5 for something that is only good to fill my trashcan with. The wait at this dunkin is longer than any other dunkin, the staff is ruder than any other dunkin, and the coffee is worse than any coffee shop, or anything you can make at home. The only thing this location is good for is a headache. AVOID!

Unfortunately, suddenly in one of the branches, while we were having drinks, one of the workers appeared and asked us to sit only for 30 minutes. More than that, we went out of the store and were expelled. Was this action on her part personally or by administrative orders, because many people were astonished by her action? She is Egyptian, by the way.
