I have visited this establishment many times before, and I have spent a ton of money here. However, I have been consistently disappointed each time I come here by the workers at this place. Aside from the drinks not being made properly, and lots of flies being all over the donuts. But on a recent visit, I mistakenly brought the wrong wallet and requested to cancel my order, assuring the cashier that I would return. When I returned, the staff member responded with an unprofessional, slick remark, and I quote: “You have your money now?” This experience, along with many more previous encounters, reflects on how rude and unprofessional the employees here can be. I do not recommend this place at all. The girl who said this to me is Egyptian, she has puffy brown curly hair and a has nose piercing. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME!

I arrived well before closing time to place an order on a very cold day, as did a few others. However, the staff had locked the doors to clean up for closing time early, and seemed to have their friends with them in the dining room hanging out. We were gestured to remain outside and order from the drive-through window, in between other customers with cars in the drive-through line. It was a very bad experience, especially since it was below freezing, staff need to do better.

30 minutes waiting for a order while 1 worker was working and 3 were just looking around. I had to ask for it to be remade because they never placed it on the pickup shelf and had it the whole time. Hella watered down.
Majority of the staff was doing nothing and I only saw the single girl on the shift working. 3/4 workers on the shift were just kicking back and hanging with their friends in the store.

Coffee in this location sucks pretty bad. I go to DD often.

Let me start with I love Dunkin. So, for me to go out of my way to leave feedback for this location AGAIN says a lot.
I came here over a year ago and it was a horrible experience. This time, I gave them a second chance thinking it’s probably a new staff since fast food has a huge turnover rate. Boy, was I wrong.
Whoever is responsible for training is not punctuating and reiterating the importance of following a recipe. Dunkin truly does have amazing coffee. I don’t know why the employees here serve 96% water in their coffees.

one of the worst dunkin’ donuts in the entire area. they’re careless with preparing drinks and don’t follow the correct instructions. and for the price of things now, you’re definitely not getting what you pay for. since they’ve been newly renovated, I’m not sure if new staff was hired or something but the quality has gone completely down the drain. I’m so disappointed with this dunkin’ donuts. every time you pull up to the pick up window the staff is always so side tracked with something else and is never paying attention to the drinks they’re making and 9 times out of 10, the cup my drink comes out in is DISGUSTING, a complete mess! do better or this is not the right career for you!

This morning I went to buy a md hot carmlcrz acronym the oatmilk, I know perfectly well what this drink is like since it is the only thing I drink, one of the workers was eating and drinking coffee in front of the late machine I thought it was very I wonder why this cannot be done to avoid conditions with customer orders and indeed that happened they gave me the coffee from the employee who was eating and drinking in front of the late machine and I realized why when I drank my late using a sorbet I found the residue of what she was eating it was disgusting
