Friendly employees, making the food quickly and with a smile. Now they can put extra time on the bagels to make them even better, and well toasted, So make sure you ask for it, Twice :)

This is probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever gone to on multiple occasions. They don’t pay attention to your order so I’m constantly having to tell them to add cold foam or double check to make sure they gave me decafe even though it says it on the sticker that’s on the cup. Recently I was handed my coffee that was a mess, cold foam all over his fingers, popping out the top of the cup and running down the cup and all he said was “Here” he didn’t even attempt to clean it off first. Depending on who’s making the food more times than not the wraps are burnt and the bagels are so tough you can’t even chew it. My last straw was seeing two ants in my iced green tea. You’re better off going to a different location in the area, don’t waste your money.

This place is more expensive than around journal square area. Half dozen donuts they charges $11:72 other places is $9. They charge more for everything than other places

My only complaint is the wait. They have 2 registers yet you always have to wait 10 mins to place an order.. Worst during school rush..

It’s not even that it’s a bad place to go and get your stuff, but if you go there, you have to be aware that you have to really make sure they put sugar in your drinks or really make sure they get the right thing in your drink because they do not listen it don’t matter how many times you say put this or put this amount of sugar in there they still gonna do the opposite or not do it at all they don’t listen

Dunkin’ Donuts is my go-to spot for fresh coffee and tasty treats. Their donuts are always delicious, and the seasonal flavors keep things exciting. The breakfast sandwiches are warm, filling, and perfect for on-the-go. Service is quick, and mobile ordering makes it even more convenient. Great quality, affordable prices, and a welcoming vibe—highly recommend!

One of the best Dunkin’ locations I’ve ever visited in the US. I loved the service provided by the employees—definitely a must-visit store near Journal Square.
