Every time I order from here they manage to mess something up. This time out of 4 things, 3 had something wrong. No foam in my cold brew, a strawberry donut instead or vanilla and no toppings with my turtle latte, just caramel. This isnt the first time with mistakes either!

Its almost 6am and the timings says 5am open online, but the store is still not open!
Bacon was uncooked when asked for crispy and the ice coffee was disgusting it had coffee grounds inside you can see then sitting at the bottom and then I didn't get my lemon cake and when asking for it she said they didn't have when the gentleman that worked there told her there's more in the fridge but she told him it fine not knowing I understood there language she was more focused on getting back to her phone
