Never have donuts

I do NOT recommend this location to ANYONE. I went this morning and ordered my usual order. Mind you, I go to this Dunkin’ everyday and haven’t experienced this ever. Anyways, So I order a small iced caramel latte, and then I said I want an egg and cheese wake up wrap. I wanted some hash browns aswell but then I was like nevermind and said take of the wake up wrap and give me two orders of hashbrowns. The lady taking my order was the lady with curly hair (a little lower than mid back) and a black sweater. So I drive up to the window and I’m greeted with a sweet lady that I see all the time (I think she joined like two months ago) and I payed, everything was well. So I was waiting for my order and then right after I paid the lady that is short with curly hair came up and proceeds to say “When you come up to order you can’t keep changing your order back and forth, it sets things back”. Mind you, all I changed was the wake up wrap to hash browns. I then told her it’s your job to take the customers order, and I’m paying for this with MY money. If I want to change the order I have every right too. It wasn’t a big change and it wasn’t something that constantly happened or that took a long amount of time. It’s not hard to revise an order and I’ve done it before, many times, on the other days. This wasn’t the first time I noticed her talking about me. This was just my first time experiencing her say something face to face. This was very unprofessional and all of the staff there has an attitude. I’ve been reading the reviews before and it shows that these staff have very bad attitudes. There is only one sweet young lady that I see in the morning that actually gives me a smile and greets me well. I also noticed that if your not muslim or there religion the treat you horrible. I came with a friend that was muslim and that lady with curly hair treated her fine. Then when I came to order the lady had an attitude and was rushing me to get the order done. This place need to do better and not hire people based on their religion. DO BETTER!!!!

They refuse to give the free donut promotion, they have a nasty attitudes, i order thru the app mess it up i asked fornit to be remade and they talked disrespectful and nasty to me. The place needs new management in the am and pm. They are only nice to indian and arabs from all my experiences at this particular dunkin donuts. I am so upset that if im supposed to get a free donut why do they denie me of it. They are racist if you not one of them they treat you like garbage and ignore all the promotions. I wish someone new and professional takes over. I will never go back there not my family or friends, until management changes for the better.

I just had the most rude encounter. I was saying what my order was mid sentence (medium, cold brew with cold foam, 4 pumps—) and the cashier walked away and comes back and hands me the drink and I stated I wasn’t done with my order and she made it clear she didn’t care about my order. I have a 12hr shift to go into working in the medical field and this is not how i wanted to start my morning. I ended up tossing it out outside since I didn’t want to come off as rude doing it inside. The cashier was a woman who has long curly hair and was in her 50s. I would not recommended ordering if she is your cashier.

Additionally, I had a reward and she scanned it and I saw it didn’t go through and asked her if she can do it again and again, unhappily looked at me and the second time around my reward was applied.
