Rude and unenthusiastic staff. They clearly have no idea that customers know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino. They are trying to argue that the latte they gave us and the cappuccino we ordered are the same. They are saying the amount of shots is the same. Ummm okay, but we obviously want less milk and that is why we ordered cappuccino. The lady wanted to take the latte she gave us to change it into a cappuccino by dumping out milk without adding an extra shot. And who is to say they wouldn't contaminate the drink out of spite? So we refused to have it "changed".

This place is DISGUSTING. They give attitude for NO reason, make your order VERY NASTY AND SLOPPY. They have no consideration whatsoever that you're spending a lot of money for good food and service. They need to step up their game or else I'm calling the manager and make an entire scene at the store, and will tell everyone to not come here again so they can lose their service. You guys are so pathetic.

Terrible customer service . The cashier guy was rude and said something in his language and said “OKAY OKAY” when I asked him for a hazelnut shot. Also had a dog on the counter super unsanitary . Overall 1/10

It is 9:13 pm on a Sunday and I just left the 440 location that is supposed to be 24/7. I walked up to a worker locking the doors, I knocked lightly then waved to see if she can let me in because they are supposed to be open. She looked at me and shook her head no, then proceeded to walk to the back.

Staff are dude. They are talking to each other in their own language as they take orders and the way they ask for your order is very impolite. Staff barely speak english and they are hard to understand. If they don’t understand what you’re ordering, they will start talking in their own language and start laughing. Staff surely needs proper customer service training.

I usually visit doing my errands with the mall and do it thru the app pickup. Today was awful customer service and the old guy doesn't belong at the register because he is disrespectful towards women and can tell is raised that way. Then the other man came out and he knows me that normally orders and picks up Instead of then answering and actually making an effort to listen to my order and conserns he just tells me by obvious reason that my order is over there. I said I know that I was hoping to order some thing else that the previous employee female said I couldn't order on the app and I should ask for it. Instead I got that racist response because his I'm gonna guess family member defending pride he was protecting while the old guy was standing there. He didn't bother to help. The body language was thick and was telling me that he didn't know what item I was talking about and never had it. I walked out and called the company because it was soo obvious as a woman I am in their eyes not suppose to question the man. Dunkin Donuts customer service appoligized and told me that the item they had for 6 months just was taken off their list items. Why didn't the guy just tell me oh let me guess because their were prejudice in us American women. NEVER coming to this Dunkin again. They are individually owned and they obviously have no respect for their customers. I will take my business across the street to Starbucks thank you.

Love the management team in this location. i had some concerns because i come to this dunkin everyday with my family to get out day started or just a simple get together but management team took action and made the location a lot more enjoyable. Thank you again!!!

The morning crew is horrible only one of them understands what people want and the rest.make your things how they want. I got a large ice coffee with 5 cream and a cold brew with 1 cream , so obviously the cold brew should be way darker but not it was the same color as the ice coffee. And they insisted it was correct. Pure

Decent coffee and fast service, lots of workers not too many customers on a weekday around noon. There are 3 small tables but the chairs are old and feel like they will give in any moment.
