I got a large ice coffee with 5 cream and a cold brew with 1 cream , so obviously the cold brew should be way darker but not it was the same color as the ice coffee. And they insisted it was correct. Decent coffee and fast service, lots of workers not too many customers on a weekday around noon. There are 3 small tables but the chairs are old and feel like they will give in any moment.

Not the first time ai went and they refuse to honor promotions. If my coupon CLEARLY doesn't expire until 9/28 why are u refusing it?? The coupon doesn't even say PARTICIPATING STORES. It's a coupon that I can use in other locations so why does this store give me a problem??? They tell me I can't use it with no valid explanation; just NO. The old man behind the counter this afternoon just said NO and walked away when I ask why??? Just rude as hell. I go to this DD bc of convenience otw to work and school but the aggravation just isn't worth the convenience anymore. This store sucks!!!

Manager there is so rude with everyone it’s not even first time she talks with the same way and only 2 or 3 people know English in this Dunkin the rest of them don’t know any English manager barely speaks any English and they end up making wrong order really need to change the manager
