If I could give zero stars I would, because this has to be the worst service I’ve ever gotten. Ordered an avocado toast WITH BACON, and surprisingly they forgot to put the bacon, not to mention how I had to wait 15 minutes and how hard the bread was to chew. It literally felt like I was eating a rock with avocado. I also ordered a sausage egg and cheese and I believe that they were fabricating the sausage because of how long it took. People were coming in and getting their food, meanwhile I was still waiting for my two items just to get them wrong. Can’t believe how eight people for a morning shift can’t do their job right.

I ordered from uber and the young lady called me and asked if I wanted to be refunded because they didn’t have cinnamon bagels I said no it’s okay give me a plain and asked if the rest of my order was okay she said yes. Just for my order to arrive and be wrong bagel not toasted no coffee and just what ever donut they wanted to put not what I ordered. Night shift has horrible and careless customer service and when I called the young lady was rude and said I gave u cream cheese u have to refund from the app and when I tried to explain it wasn’t letting me she hung up rudely. In the first place she offered a refund. I get it, you hate your job but atleast give good customer service. I will make sure to never order from this location again I know they could care less but seriously hope the owner of that specific Dunkin realizing their employees could care less for customer satisfaction.

I’ve been in so many Dunkins before but this is the worst one for sure! I am not writing this after one mistake. I never got what I ordered from this store. They always make mistakes and you have to wait at least 10 mins for just a coffee. Today I missed my train cause it took 12 mins to make my coffee and of course it was wrong as always.

We stopped here for our 40 minute break. The service was fast and the coffee and small snack we bought were good. The only complaint was that, on top of the small space and always crowded establishment, during our strictly regulated 15 minute visit an employee was chatting with an acquaintance right on top of us (literally) which not only made it impossible for us to sit comfortably, but also made us fear that at any moment the visitor could knock over our coffee with her huge purse. It was definitely an unpleasant experience.
