Bought food here, walked out for less than 30 minutes to hand something to a friend nearby, and came back to a tow truck already hooking my car. The driver claimed the store called them, refused to release the car, and demanded $150 cash only.
I was literally holding my Dunkin’ items in my hand.
This feels like predatory towing and a trap for customers. If this is the kind of partnership they have with a towing company, I definitely won’t be coming back. Very disappointing and unfair to actual paying customers.

I’ve been to a lot of Dunkin’ locations, but this one stands out every single time. The entire team is consistently friendly and professional, and I’m always greeted with a smile—even during the morning rush or right before closing time. Service here is unbelievably fast and efficient, which makes a huge difference when you’re on the go.
I want to give a special shoutout to Alex, who makes the best avocado toast of any Dunkin’ I’ve ever visited (and I’ve tried plenty!). You can tell she actually cares about quality, and the attention to detail always shows. This has become my go-to Dunkin’ thanks to the positive energy, quick service, and the awesome team behind the counter. Highly recommend!

The coffee is bad.The service is bad. This old lady with gray who has a bun in her hair is very rude. She makes my coffeee horrible too. She puts too much cream in my coffee not enough coffee. She even took long making my shaken espresso. Ten people got their drinks before me even though I ordered before them. If you don’t feel like making coffee why are working there. I wish they would have someone else make the coffee.

Just had the worst experience ever at this location. I stopped in to grab a coffee and got an important phone call which I had to take before leaving. The phone conversation lasted for about 30 mins or less, and when I left the establishment I noticed my car had been towed!!!! I was parked in a regular spot like everyone else. That is completely unacceptable and ridiculous. No one in the restaurant could help me so I had to spend hours trying to track down the towing company to get my car back. I will never go here again. STAY AWAY!

If I could give zero stars I would. Parked here for 35 mins as a PAYING customer and got my car towed. While the owner was legally within his rights to tow my car since I momentarily walked off the premise, I found this act to be predatory and unethical. This Dunkin' partners with EZ Towing at 2188 Kennedy Blvd and they have a whole scheme running. Laws need to protect consumers from crooked business's that profit off of the backs of disadvantaging consumers like this. DO NOT SUPPORT this business and it's disgusting practices.

Haven’t been to this location for months if not over a year. It was poorly managed then and still is. Why is my sandwich missing the bottom part of the bun. Not to mention, the woman’s long hair was being blown all over the food station. Hair in my food was my main concern, not that they would hand me half a sandwich. There were 3 people at that station and this is what I got.

Careful, they tow your car if you're parked there too long. I've seen multiple people get into arguments with the towing company because the guy shows up and swoops up their car.

DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS STORE. I wanted to a visit to my friend near by and I saw there were A LOT available parking spots. So, out of respect, I bought something from the store and leave my car for a while. I am pretty sure there is enough spot because it was 7PM! Still got towed. I even put the Dunkin’ donut bag on my dash! shame on the owner. Keep being a being honey pot for tow company and your store will shut down soon.
